These are great, other than their price. The raised height makes it much easier to load and unload the machines. If you're considering adding these to a washer/dryer purchase, make sure you order the right size. We were unaware that there are 7" and 16" heights available. When we told the sales associate that we wanted To order pedestals with the washer and dryer, she added the 7" pedestals to our order. E didn't notice until they arrived. Best Buy made it right by exchanging then, and we're now enjoying the 16 inchers, which not only work better height-wise, but they have deep enough drawers to hold giant size detergent bottles and all your other laundry supplies.

I chose to buy the LG stackable so that way when I redo my laundry room, I can place them on top of each other, but I did decide to go ahead and purchase the true drawers for underneath for storage. Absolutely love this site absolutely beautiful.

I absolutely love these pedestals. The laundry room in my new home is a different configuration than the one in my old home. I don’t have as many overhead cabinets so the pedestals add a lot of much needed storage. I also love the height that the pedestals add to my washer and dryer. There is no more having to bend over to access my washer and dryer.

It is amazing how much front-load laundry pedestals cost! Although my washing machine is white, I happily bought this Satin Nickel finish pedestal (as the white pedestal cost over $100 more!) Best Buy (BB) sold this model (GFP1528PNSN) pedestal at a price less expensive than anywhere else & was able to provide curbside pick up from the store (which saved me an extra $75+ of ship/delivery fees) I was happy to learn that BB would hold my order until my washer (provided by Sears warranty) delivery date was confirmed. Sadly, the washer was on back order, extending the pick up date from BB! Turns out that the pedestal @BB was also back ordered! (Thanks GE) All during Christmas week! I was finally able to arrange for my BB order pick up (a few days beyond the preferred BB's time schedule.) The day after Christmas, & the day before my washer delivery, I was able to get my pedestal. The young gentleman who brought the order to curbside at BB store was very gracious in helping me remove the pedestal from the bulky box it came in to make it a bit more manageable for me (a 64yr-old woman) to move from my car into my house!❤️ The next day, the washer delivery team did have some difficulty installing the "heaviest washing machine they'd delivered this year!" atop the pedestal. In fact, they damaged the flooring trying to move the assembled pair into my laundry area.☹️ but the pedestal fit perfectly! The pedestal itself has a drawer-front panel that surprisingly is not metal like the rest of it, but that doesn't seem to have any ill effect on its weight-bearing capability. It is very pretty, & I kinda wish the washer & dryer were that color, as well! Overall, the pedestal, purchase, & curbside pickup from Best Buy is a very worthwhile deal & I DO recommend buying one for yourself! Happy New Year!

These pedestals are so tall that even our big jugs of laundry detergent from Sam’s Club and Costco fit in them. It’s nice to have laundry supplies nearby and put away instead of sitting on top of the machines. These pedestals are total back savers for me! Makes it much easier for me to do laundry and not hurt for days after from bending over to load/unload our machines.
