Our refrigerator was getting quite loud and diagnosed by a local repairman as a terminal condenser issue. Since our unit came with the home when we purchased it, a 24 year life span was a great purchase. In researching for our next model, I thought of Best Buy and compared available products to our needs and budget. We went to the store in Delafield after thorough research. The GE 17.5 Cubic Top -Freezer Refrigerator was on sale for the Labor Day weekend ahead. We ended up purchasing TWO of the same units so we have one in the kitchen and one in the basement to use for extra food for the holidays ahead. The installation and delivery were flawless and we have discovered a smaller refrigerator works well for the two of us. The only negative is the produce drawers are not as sturdy as the ones we had previously so we are very careful when opening and shutting the drawers since they seem quite fragile.

So far so good. It cools beautifully. I purchased an ice maker and only wish it made ice a little quicker and maybe little more room in the freezer but other than those 2 thing I am very pleased. For me the main cabin is roomy.

I love my new refrigerator! He has lots of room and it works great.

The delivery guys were awesome. Kept me up dated on schedule, were on time and did an awesome job removing old appliance and bringing in new one. The refrigerator is perfect for extra needs.

I bought this as a secondary fridge for my garage to store sodas, waters, and overflow items from the main fridge in the kitchen. It is perfect for that job and fits in the space very well. It looks great and has come in very handy.

So I have had my new frig for a few weeks. It works great. The freezer has a shelf in it and there is plenty of space for my needs. I have no issues with it. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles on it, but for me it does exactly what I want and need it to do. Delivery was easy and quick.

Replacing the last GE of similar design we had for 20+ years. Nice spacious design. Shelving and drawers change configuration quite easily. Geek Squad delivery was on time courteous. And quick. Didn’t leave a mess.

Refrigerator was nicer than expected. Fit my kitchen perfectly. Stylish and well designed. Highly recommended.

Highly disappointed and called Bestbuy to proceed with the return. I ordered this refrigerator in store and was told it takes three weeks to be delivered!! But i agreed because i trusted it is a good ref based on the few reviews i read here. Then i requested delivery on weekends or anyday after 4pm because i work, but was told Bestbuy do not deliver on weekends!! So now i have to take a day off just to receive the ref?!!! I called customer service and requested a late delivery, they said they posted a notice on the system for the driver and he should call me early on delivery day to confirm the timing. At 10 am on the delivery day i called again to make sure delivery will be after 4pm, but was told they decided a 2pm to 6pm time frame! And that my notice was never posted on the system for the driver!!! (It is THEIR system yet it sounds like it's my fault that the noticed was never posted) And now i have to deal with it and leave my work 2 hrs ahead to match THEIR favorite delivery timing, not that of their customer! Worse is when i got a notification from the driver at 1:37pm saying he will arrive in 6 minutes!! There was no option provided to reply or call him!! Wow!! They didn't even stick to the 2pm time frame they set by themselves! What a mess that ended up with the driver leaving the ref at my door and few later i was home, opened a tiny piece of the box to see that they clearly sent me a used all scratched refrigerator! I contacted customer service immediately but was told i cant start a return process because the delivery agent did not post yet the item was delivered (although i got an email confirming delivery once delivered!) Huge mistake that i shopped a $900 ref at Bestbuy ☹️☹️ WILL NEVER BUY APPLIANCES from them again. (Even the refrigerator box was a random box as you can see in the picture, not the GE original box!)

It works, sort of loud. Not too loud but I can hear the fan. Not a big deal but it’s cheap.

The fridge itself is great no complaints at all, but Bestbuy however was the worst. I went through so much trouble with the delivery process and the installers down to the non existent delivery dates they were giving me after taking off work. I lost out on so much work and found it difficult paying bills for 2 months while battling cancer.

I just received it today. Unfortunately there is a small dent on the front door. Everything else looks good.

Is there a zero? 9 months in. Ruined countless dollars in game meat, 3 gallons of milk, and about 60 in beer. Don’t recommend

Good average size refrigerator. Works very well so far but is a little loud when running. The bottom two drawers are a bit shallow so you can't fit much in them. I also would have loved a built in egg container but I just personally like that. The freezer is very large due to there not being an icemaker. It does collect some fingerprints throughout the day but is very easy to clean. Overall, I have been satisfied with it so far.

Great smaller fridge for our little house. Plenty of room for all our needs and it looks great too.

The refrigerator is very stylish inside and outside. Very Spacious and works great, much quieter than whirlpool brand that I had before. i checked temperatures with fridge thermometers, both compartments (fridge and a freezer)- keeps perfect temperatures . I would highly recommend
