Great! Went the extra mile to help!!
We needed to replace a panel-ready GE side-by-side that is no longer produced. No one makes free-standing panel-ready side-by-sides anymore. Panel-ready built-in refrigerator were more expensive and would require rebuilding a section of our kitchen. The sales-Team in the Saginaw store sent time to find us the specific details about each refrigerator because of our unique requirements. They set up an appointments with the Pacific Sales Appliances Department of Best Buy. The Pacific agent made an on-site visit and gave helpful suggestions and more options. We were able to find a refrigerator to accept our panels. We saved at least $7,500 and kept the appearance of our kitchen The refrigerator was delivered on time when promised. Great delivery/installation team that was respectful and courteous. Thank You Best Buy! Especially Nicholas Harajili in Saginaw and Ryan Keller of Pacific Appliance. Beth and Steve Saginaw, Michigan

I might like it - If they would Deliver It !!!
I’d probably like it …. IF THEY WOULD JUST DELIVER IT!!! Four delivery dates, 4 delays, and currently it’s “we’ll call you when we receive it from manufacturer”. They don’t know when. So Best Buy has my money - but I got no fridge and no idea when it will show up. How does Best Buy sell a product they don’t have in stock?
