A: Just stick with this model. Other models we've had before this one needed an IT to read and operate the control panel. People need an oven with an easy to read and operate control panel, and this one is perfect for us BOOMERS. Other ovens we've tried and failed with we had to call to China and even then their customer service operators could not stop speaking in computer-lingo. That was an $800 dollar oven we totally could not understand how to operate, with the directions in computer-lingo, and on top of THAT, we had to go through three or four functions on the oven to just turn the danged thing on!!!!!!!!!!! This oven has simple functions, if there are problems, it is made in the U.S.A. by people who understand simple functions for people who prefer simple functions, and not a "COMPUTER IN THE WALL". Stay with this model. You will not regret it.

A: Sorry for your experience but it took me 90days after I ordered my oven to get it then another month before it got installed they are very slow they should not be sailing appliances

Good, but has manufacture defect
This oven replaced our 20 year old. Impressed by how fast it heats up. Not bad, BUT this oven has defects. It leaks heat in upper left corner of the door and the panel frame is bent, lower, front corner. BB replaced it and had the same defects. We need the oven, so keeping it.

Ordered on 6/29/20 - received 8/20/20 - Wall Oven
I finally go to try my new wall oven this week. The carpenter had to adjust the space to fit the oven. The electrician was able to install it on September 10th. Tried to set the clock on September 12th. Directions in manual were missing information. Needed to call GE questions and answers and it still took over a half hour to solve the problem because the manual was missing needed information. The person who helped me was very nice. Finally was able to bake on Wednesday, September 16th and Thursday , September 17th. Bakes great. So glad to have an oven again. I guess it was worth the wait. It was easier to use older oven with the knobs instead of the touch screen. My microwave is easier to use the touch screen and it is six years old.

Love my GE wall oven
I love my new wall oven. My sons are able to use it. It does everything i need and fits perfectly in the space we have.
