Q: I see in one picture there is a thermometer. does the oven come with thermometer included
A: Yes, the oven does come with a thermometer.
A: Yes the upper oven can be convection or conventional . Lower oven is only conventional
A: It comes with four racks total, 3 regular racks and one extending rack. All slide smoothly, but the extending rack slides extra smoothly and farther than the regular racks.
Q: Is the JKD5000SNSS oven vented?
A: Yes, it is vented at under the lower oven.
A: Hello there! We appreciate your feedback and your interest in our wall ovens. We found that this unit have convection bake but not the European style convection bake. A: No cost. It was included in the purchase of new ones.

A: You are right, When the Best Buy installers came out it should have fit right where my old oven was. Instead the installers waited outside while I corrected the opening with a jigsaw.
