    Great value

    Good size for the price

    A good size for the price. It holds enough to have your immediate needs met. The temperature of both fridge and freezer is outstanding. It would be much nicer if the top shelf was easier to access in the middle where component hangs down so you have to choose one side or the other (left or right) to ba able to put your taller items like milk or creamer. The drawers do squeak loud enough to wake a sleeping person when pulling out.

    It's just a small cheap fridge that works well

    It works, It's nothing special needs an ice maker, but it's small, so you would not have much freezer space, but it would be better if it was the same dimensions but with a bottom freezer instead of a top one , Seniors can't bend well, and they spend more time in the fridge than the freezer , on this small of a fridge a top freezer is useless, for seniors a bottom freezer would be so much better

  • I have an older GE fridge, the temperature control is a knob instead of numbers. Just a fine line to thick line- where should I set it to

We certainly understand how important temperature adjustment is in a refrigerator, and can advise that in general our temperature control knob will make the unit colder if turned to the right or clockwise. Turning to the left or counterclockwise will result in a warmer temperature. The appliance should come from the factory set at the midpoint on the knob.   • Model GTS16DTNRWW seems nearly identical to GTE16DTNRWW, except that GTS is not Energy Star certified, whereas GTE is certified; this also results in an estimated operating energy cost savings of $5 annually. Are these actually the only differences?
