New stacked washer dryer is working very well and I’m quite happy with the purchase. Best Buy installers did a good job negotiating through tight corners in our two story condo. Washer is working great clothes are as clean as they’ve ever been. The dryer is also great. It has a larger capacity than our previous model which is very helpful. Only thing I’ve noticed is that when we set the dryer to cottons mode that it generates a lot of moisture / humidity. Out washer dryer is in a small closet and if we leave the door closed while drying on cotton mode, then the back of the door is dripping with moisture by end of the cycle. Not sure if this is just it doing a really good job or if one of my vents could be clogged previous GE dryer did not do this.

Doesn't have a tub light or a completion Buzzer on the Dryer. Has Bluetooth availability but extra $45.00 to buy adapter. Adapter "out-of-stock" am still waiting after 5 months after purchase. Otherwise clothes washed clean & dries fantastically.

Washes a load in about 30 min and drys in about 30 min . Makes it easy to get my laundry done asap.

I had the product less than one month and the dryer stopping heating. I have now been without a dryer for almost 3 weeks. Best Buy originally wanted to repair it but then agreed to exchange it and scheduled it. They then contacted me and stated delayed due to vendor not having unit available. I had to contact them again and switched to one they had in stock at local store. We shall see about this one.
