This has been a great washer and dryer fits perfectly where I needed it in my apartment and it supplies all my needs

Am happy with the machine. Even though the stack unit is small the inside spaces are a great size....no problem for drying and washing large sheets and towels. My disappointment is that the washer is noisy. I make sure there is enough water per load and I try to do loads on light to help. Also the agitator does tend to twist large items. They look like a rope after the spin cycle no matter how I load it so that the inside of the drum is balanced.

Being a first time owner I’m over the moon. It’s a space saver but both washer and dryer are super spacious. It works well. I’m still learning how to use it. I want to be able to use every cycle on both machines as they should be, Enjoy your day!

Nice unit ! I have owned some of the nicest sets of front loaders from Maytag to LG and all were not worth the premium cost. Even the cadillac speed queen the salesman didn’t recommend their front loaders either. So yes, I’m done! For me this Unit make sense, A top load washer with a front load dryer. You can find this unit in many apartments today and are very serviceable. I been using this GE and it’s relatively quiet and very functional, most of all my wife likes it! With different water levels. It may not look very impressive in today’s standards, but if I should be in need of a service call, I will not be scared

Just installed seems to be working fine does make a little bit of noise, I built it into my first floor no more up an down stairs we will get used to the noise worth it

Great purchase, definitely recommend to use the cycle higher from load to use more water if needed.

using this 2 years, dryer doesn’t work. Repair cost will be around USD500. They said that 3pcs of thermometers need to be replaced due to high Temperature. But i think dryer’s feature shoulf anti-high temperature

Don't let the size fool you—this machine is a workhorse. It cleans very well and the controls are super simple to use (no complicated digital screens). It has saved me so much floor space. The installation was easy, and I love that I don't have to bend down to load the washer. Highly recommend for anyone in a small home!

I purchased this GE gas stackable recently due to after 25 years my previous stackable stopped working. The description, ordering, packaging and delivery was done with ease and was professional. I appreciated the delivery arriving 2 days after I ordered the stackable. The delivery tracking was helpful and the two delivery men communicated and worked well together with me and with each other. I inspected my new stackable in my driveway after it was unboxed. No issues with the new stackable gas washer/dryer. The removal of my old stackable and the delivery and connection of the new machine went smoothly and professionally. The machine works well. The new stackable is a little louder and the wash cycle takes a little longer than my old machine, but overall it is a well made machine. Both the washer tub and dryer area are bigger than my old machine which I specifically ordered for that reason. Thank you Best Buy and GE for a successful stackable gas Washer and Dryer purchase, delivery and installation.

I purchased the GE - 3.8 Cu. Ft. Top Load Washer and 5.9 Cu. Ft. Gas Dryer Laundry Model: GUD27GSSMWW at my local Best Buy. It works fine but is a little noisy when washing and had a low water level. It replaces a Maytag tower which used more water but I felt it may have been easier on the clothes.

Simple to use. No fancy buttons. Larger capacity than I expected. We've only had it a few months, but seems to be a good machine. Love that it is space saving.

I’ve only had it for a month but so far so good! Fits a good amount of cloths(one Medium basket of clothes) or 1 large blanket. Don’t over fill or else it will shake like crazy and make loud noises!( washes my clothes amazing I use Persil detergent and if I’m washing hot I’ll throw in some borax!) I don’t use fabric softener or fabric sheets because every is recommending not to! So I use Downey rinse and refresh in washer and I use dryer balls no fabric sheets. With all that I haven’t had any trouble with the machine!

Nice size overall. Nice capacity. CONS: It seems to use a lot more water than my last one. No timer or sound as to when a cycle is done. I had to figure out how long each cycle is, so I use a kitchen timer.

The unit fits perfectly in my space. Washer is a little noisy. Both have big tubs can wash a full load.

Machine works very and is simple to use. It also packs a large capacity into a size that works well in small spaces.

GE has also been a proven product. This top loader washer/dryer combo doesn't disappoint. Energy-efficient, fits into tight spaces, and very affordable. Was a fine touch to my ADU construction without compromising space.
