I love my new washer. I wanted something simple to use without all the electronic and Wi-Fi stuff and this washer is great. It is so much quieter then my old front loader which rattled and moved all over the place. I am very happy with it so far. I am able to do a queen comforter in it with no issues.

Great product!! This is my first time buying GE appliances and I'm very happy with how well it works. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good washer. I got the dryer as well which is just as great!

Does exactly what it needs. Cycles are surprisingly fast, even with big loads. I sometimes get balance problems with larger items like blankets, but that likely means I need to add more to the load. The dials make it easy to use.

quiet & has several choices for spins & laundry types for the price. Not happy about the lock device in case you want to add something. It will handle a large load efficiently.

Overall, I like this washer. My only problem, as other reviews stated, it does not fill up with as much water as I think it should. I use the max setting and the deep fill button. Also I don't think the last spin is strong enough to get all the necessary water out of the items washed. This means a longer drying time.

I subtracted one star for one minor thing... No Fabric Softener dispenser. However there's still a dispenser for adding bleach. I blame myself for not realizing that during my research for a new washer. Softener can still be added by simply remembering to pause it during the rinse cycle though. Would i recommend this washer?.... DEFINITELY!! The amount of washing space seems more than stated and that's a Major PLUS!!

We bought it about 6 months ago and so far happy with the performance. Very high efficiency and cleans really well. The cycle time is fast and I never see any stains after wash. However it’s a little loud for me, but that’s not a big concern for me. The only thing that can be improved is the load balancing capability. When I put towels or bedding, it sometimes get unbalanced and shakes violently. So I have to restart the cycle. Other than that , it’s a decent washer for the price

When it was time to replace my washer I was limited to choices due to the size of my laundry room and cabinet clearance. This GE was the very best decision I made and after using it for a month I could not be more pleased.

This washer works as described. It was easy to transport, setup and install. We are very pleased with the functionality of this unit. We had researched this unit and had to order. It was delayed slightly due to holidays, but it was worth the wait.

Wonderful product looks great love that there is no agitator. You can put so much more in it, including rugs. You changed it from a front motor, partially due to size but much happier with it.

It's good but it's kinda clunky sounding but for the price you live with it. Definitely a good purchase.

Much louder than the one I replaced (whirlpool top loader) Cleans pretty good. Wish I picked a larger capacity though. Also you put the detergent over the clothes again I don’t like that, not an even distribution of detergent I feel.

Really quiet washing machine, just make sure your laundry load is spread out evenly or the whole thing rattles like crazy during the spin.

Good washer, easy to use. Doesn't have a ton of frills, which I don't mind. Only down side it tends to get off balance with heavier loads.
