Nice unit, dropped the humidity in my cellar fairly quickly and keeps it down. Pump is the reason I purchased, I didn't want to have to carry the reservoir up out of my cellar to dump. Does use quite a bit of electricity, when it's running, it's about 600w. It was more expensive than some of the other options, but it works. I just set it and forget it.

I am very pleased with this dehumidifier that I'm using in my basement. So far, it is doing a great job and I like that there are options to empty/drain it. I didn't realize how poorly my old one was working until I replaced it with this one!

[Employee of bestbuy] Runs quiet and is a compact size. Fit the drainage hose and also comes with an internal pump. Have used for a few months with no issues.

Our new laundry appliances are located in our unfinished basement. We were advised by a service repairman to get a dehumidifier for our basement as a high level of humidity is harmful to the washer and dryer. This dehumidifier keeps our humidity level within recommended settings. I would recommend this product.

Worked great for two summers. Now the the coils freeze up even though operating in correct temperature. And now the pump no longer works. I've done everything to maintain this thing but just like the majority, all of these dehumidifiers are crap and you will spend hundreds of dollars every couple of years to replace them. These manufacturers have a great business model.

Seems to be working well. My only concern so far is that it runs constantly. I don’t think I’ve ever checked on it and found it not running. That’s different from my last one.

Nice and quiet dehumidifier. Great that it has a pump to pump out the water. Very happy

It was a bit loud, I like having the app, and wi-fi but the drainage location is awkward and hard to put on

Very efficient, quiet and easy to empty pail. Wheels make it very easy to move. Does come with a hose but have not connected that yet. Will update review after hose is connected.

This dehumidifier really works well and fast too, it took my home from 70% humidity to 35% in just a few hours. The included pump and long hose keeps the reservoir clear, and can be turned on or off with a button press.

I live in an apartment in Miami Beach and being near the sea causes a lot of humidity in the environment and thanks to this device I can lower the humidity in the apartment. In an efficient way. The big air conditioner causes humidity too so it's a fighting battle but if you turn off the air conditioner it will lower the humidity very quickly. It helps dry things out too and I think it can prevent that musty smell from some things that are slow to dry. I recommend it. The product spends on the same fan 580w I verify it thanks to a connector that measures the voltage and the watts

It was love at first sight when we opened the box to reveal this sturdily attractive hunk of technology! It's performance did not disappoint, and its ease of operation was endearing! The only difficulty we have encountered has been getting its hunky body up the stairs into our bedroom as needed, so guess we may have to buy another one!

I like the automatic pump. I have this in our basement and connected to our sump pump.

Kinda noisy. If it’s in a space you’ll be a lot, there are quieter ones.
