It work great on cooling mode and install was fairly easy. Only thing that I didn’t care for when it came cooler out and time to switch to heat mode it would collect water and fill and shut off needing drained and to disconnect to roll it outside to drain unit kinda of a pain. I tried it with a low rimmed baking pan but it left dents. Once I turned home heat on for a day it removed enough moisture inside that it no longer has that issue but tryi gvti run without first extra drying house out was tedious. Literally would run 30 minutes and shut off and would turn on again til drained. Heat seemed very efficient and over all unit isn’t super loud.

Blows out very cold air. We are using it downstairs because our Central Air compressor went out. Cools a large room very well! Very Disappointed that it didn't have wifi for how Expensive it was! If it had that, then it would have gotten 5 stars.

Looks great. Bought during summer. Don’t have an Auto/ thermostat mode. You just set your temp. Cooling was ok, just satisfied I guess. Heating I’m disappointed. Just started getting cold. Keeps filling with water and only like 1-2 oz of water come out. Drain spot is so low on unit can’t get nothing under it. Bad design. I wouldn’t recommend.

I am sooooo glad I bought this GE 550 Sq Ft 14,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keeps my room cool and comfortable. No mess, No Fuss, and runs like a Champ.....unlike other brands out there. I love it, my dog loves it, and the cat loves it too....Thank you for this product... it is awesome! I'd send a picture, but I am NOT 'Tech Savvy'..... Just let me say GE is the one to get!!!!

This was the smartest air conditioning and heating unit I have ever purchased. The fact that it heats and cools and is easy to install is great for heating those small hard to cool rooms. This has allowed me to heat a space without turning up my furnace. I have solar energy and it works well with my system. Decreasing my consumption of oil. The remote control also makes it easy to customize features that makes it easy to set to the comfort of the space of any room. The set up was very simple as well.

Portable AC is works beautifully. I am able to set a timer for the AC to stay on and automatically shut down. AC actually keeps my whole house comfortably cool from our main living area to our daylight basement.

I have bought several portable units and none have works as good as this unit. I definitely recommend you to buy this unit. You will not regret it. I even bought a secondary unit for my sons room.

It works well in a small room only. Does not cool a larger area.

We was wishing so badly to receive this item ,but it was stolen from our door after a delivery from ups store without a signature . expensive items like this shouldn’t just be left at the doors like that .

I placed my order on June 24th n supposed to received it on Friday June 28th. Now it’s been two weeks, I still haven’t received my order yet. Every time I track my order it says: “Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet.” What is going on. No one call n text me anything about my order. That’s very unprofessional!

Easy to set up. Easy to program. A little noisier than I had hoped. Reasonable price.
