Love, love, love my new GE double oven from Best Buy. The installer was great, made sure the install was done perfectly. I will definitely enjoy preparing Thanksgiving dinner for my family.

They were supposed to install this. However, the installers said my brand-new cabinets would need to be cut because it was to big to fit in the opening (Best Buy gave our cabinet maker the dimensions). Our contractor came over and laughed! They were measuring the outside frame of the oven instead of the insert (back part). He had it slid in and mounted in less than an hour and DIN"T have to cut my brand-new cabinets!! These are the people Beset Buy hire to install your appliances BEWARE

The oven has worked great once we received it. I ordered it on Black Friday. It arrived in March. The only issue was during installation the existing electrical junction box had to be relocated so the new oven could be installed.

I ordered the oven on 2/9/24 and I applied for a Best Buy card so that I can use the interest free financing. I was approved for $4000. The oven cost $3200. Also on 2/9/24 I received noticed that the availability of the oven had been delayed until July. Fine. On 3/14/24, I got notification that my ordered had been cancelled because my Best Buy card had been declined. I called customer service and they said that the only thing they could do is re-issue the invoice for payment. They sent the invoice. I agreed to pay with my Best Buy card. Declined again. So, I thought it might be that the credit card was not activated. I called the credit card company for Best Buy. Funny thing. The oven amount was APPROVED, but Best Buy tried 4 more times to run the amount through the card after the approval. The 4 declines cancelled my ordered. But now I'm on the hook for the $3200 and I won't get an oven. Best Buy: you stole my money. Don't let this happen to you! Stay away from Best Buy. Oh, and now the oven is nearly $4900. They cancelled my order because they want me to purchase it at the current price.

Having problems with the clock doesn’t keep time. I haven’t used the oven yet but problem’s already.
