We've had this dryer since summer of '25 or about 6 months. The load capacity for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids is enough for us to use the dryer maybe twice a week for a full weeks worth of clothes. We haven't had any issues with our dryer throughout these past 6 months. I highly recommended cleaning the filter after every use because lint builds up fast. Some of the drying times seem long but overall it does a good job.

The dryer works really well, the app gives me alerts to when the cycle will end. When i set the type the timer comes up and I have been skeptical that it can really dry in that time because of my old dysr but pleasantly im surprised it works so well and efficient. I love the color and its much quiter than the old set i had

Love the bigger size that allows for oversized comforters and mattress pads to dry in one setting instead of taking 2 and sometimes 3 settings in my old dryer to get those items dry. Runs quiet and love the blue color to match my laundry room area. So far after a few weeks no complaints.

We bought the 1st front loading washer and dryer set, we love them! It does a great job! The time to dry your clothes is like 20 mins!

I truly love my new purchase. It’s very efficient and quiet. I haven’t mastered all of the options available but definitely looking forward to downloading the app and doing laundry from my phone.

Highly recommend these washer and dryer. Some may not like the Wi-Fi features but they are helpful so that we know someone has something in the wash. What a family of four this is more than just a convenience. It is a necessity. The capacity is awesome it works well with the compatible washer, meaning that you talk to each other.

Dries fast. Sanitizing takes a while but that’s to be expected now that I know what it entails. It’s a solid machine, like in the olden days. After 6 months I’m ready to buy the matching washing machine.

So far, so good. We have only owned the washer/dryer a few days, but have used it not stop while awake and even while sleeping with delay wash. The app was easy to set up and I love the sync feature. I also love the 5 minute warnings that the washer or dryer will be done, although it was non stop all weekend for us! Lol The delivery/installation team at best buy was amazing! They were polite, professional, neat, knowledgeable and most importantly the lead guy knew exactly what he was doing! I hope best buy knows how great this employee is! I wish I remembered his name but will update review onceI find out. Thank you best buy for a pleasant experience

I bought this set after careful deliberation and lots of research. I haven't had a problem yet with any funtion. The dryer dries super fast and efficient. The amount of dog hair it gets off our clothes is rather remarkable. I have used every setting possible and am still no issues. I re washed and dried quite a bit of our clothes after we moved residences and the amount of left over hair was shocking... We have 2 Great Pyranees and let me tell you they shed all year round even with daily brushes.

Love the huge capacity of this washer. Also has a ton of drying options and is quiet.

Dryer works good with one huge caveat - THE LINT FILTER. It constantly clogs due to the design of the small holes for intake and the hinges are so flimsy after three uses the filter does not close properly. If you search for a replacement filter (on OEM website or amaz) you will find numerous reviews of people having the same issues. When the little intake holes get clogged (almost immediately the lint and debris go into the duct or back into the dryer. Then when emptying the lint filter, you basically need to wash it out or vacuum it every time to clear the holes and to actually scrape the lint off of the metal mesh that is not designed correctly either due to its adhesiveness.

Great dryer heats up really fast. Easy dryer to operate.

I love this machine. It has a great capacity and it gets my clothes nice and clean. The best part, however, is the Wi-Fi connectivity that links to my smartphone to tell me when my load is done; thus, I never have wet laundry sitting in the machine for days on end!

Absolutely love this GE Profile. My first set was 16 yrs old and the dryer still worked. Just gave to son when we bought the new set. Machine is quiet and dries fast.
