Very low noise level, it keeps our room at a constant temperature, we have it set at 65 & we have 3 dogs in our room and it’s not insulated properly. We used to struggle with our old ac unit, it would keep our room at mid 70s even if we tried putting it on 65. We decided to get this one since it was supposed to be for a way bigger room but I love it. Our room is always cold and our 3 dogs love it too. I have the app and it lets me know he temperature in the room, when the filter needs to be cleaned and I can even set a schedule for whenever I want the room to be a certain temperature at a certain time. I really recommend this ac just look at how much power you need to keep a room cool before purchasing just to make sure you get the right one for you!!

Installation was easy with two people but one strong person could handle; instructions were easy to follow. Cools the room quickly and quietly with no loud compressor issues. This one unit is keeping our upstairs comfortable. Works great in our very old home with old windows and limited outlets. Bonus features are the remote and app!

Air condition is great. Does a great job cooling the room off.

Efficiently cools the whole downstairs (1,000 sq ft) on the high setting and when put on low, you can't even hear the unit. Easy to install and allows for more light into your home due to the low profile and where it sits in the window. Highly recommend.

That air conditioner is truly impressive. It combines powerful cooling with incredibly quiet operation, and the smart features make it so convenient to control from anywhere. I couldn't be happier with my GE Profile ClearView air conditioner. It's a game-changer for this summer—cooling my space quickly while being so quiet I barely notice it’s running. The smart features are fantastic, allowing me to adjust settings from my phone for maximum comfort and energy savings. Highly recommended!"

The air conditioner is the best one I’ve ever had, so far. It is really quiet and does not obstruct the view out of the window. It cools most of my main level which is more than 550 sq. ft. In this 95° heat it keeps up and actually had to raise the temp because the living room got too cold.

Easy, easy to do a clean looking install. It does not suck electricity like the old ones and can still use my window. Cooled a 300 sq.ft. living room from 90° to 75° in about 10 min. It was over 100° outside. It is not loud like the older window mounted A/C'S.

We really like this ac unit.. you can hardly hear it and do like that it does allow you to see better out the window This should be more efficient than our 10 year old ac unit Gave it 4 stars because it is a bit pricey. Do not know the reliability of this because we’ve only had it about a month

So far, the air conditioner has worked fine. I've had no issues with it. I was able to install it by myself and got the app working within a few minutes. The app that controls it can freeze for a minute of two, but otherwise there's really been no issue. The eco mode seems to keep the room a constant enough temperature to the point I sometimes don't even realize I've still got it running. It's not "ultra quiet," but with the compressor outside it's certainly far quieter than any other air conditioner I've had. I've seen some reviews of issues with the pump that moves the condensate from the inside out, but haven't had that issue yet. I have heard the pump kick on a few times, and it certainly makes a concerning noise, but it works. The outside of the unit does make a distinctive "wet" noise as condensate slaps the outside fan, but with the window closed I can't hear it. As far as energy usage, the app gives a breakdown of the energy usage each day. Mine tends to be 4 ~ 14 kWh per day depending on exterior temperature, duration of running, minimum temperature set, etc. So far, I haven't noticed an increase in running cost compared to other air/cons I've used in the past. The only con I can think about the device is that the blower pushes all the air up (and you can't really change the direction of the fins), so for rooms that have high ceilings (like mine) it takes a little more time to actually cool the living space down.

Installing the air conditioner itself was a breeze. It went right in the window quickly and easily. But connecting it to WiFi and Alexa turned out to be a headache, even though the instructions seemed clear. GE support wasn't much help either. Despite the setup struggles, I absolutely love that this AC lets me keep the window open while it cools the room. That convenience, along with how well it works, makes this a worthwhile purchase overall. Just be prepared to wrestle with the WiFi connection!

The unit works great and as it claims is very quiet. It’s astonishing how quiet it is. However, if you don’t need to open up the window you place it in, I would skip this form factor. It takes a long time to install it and it sits on top of your siding outside. I had to reinforce my vinyl siding so the feet outside on this unit didn’t poke a hole in it. If I could do it over, I would get this brand as a window insert.

We bought this for our bedroom one thing I promise you that you will not be disappointed. It’s so quiet and works great for our bedroom I would give 10 stars if I could. Now let’s see how well it works when we have the 90 + temperatures next week.

I’ve had this window AC for a couple of months now and haven’t had any issues with it whatsoever. It keeps my room cool just the way I like it. I can either control it with my phone through their app or with the controller it came with. It’s pretty quiet since the motor is outside. It was pretty easy to install as well, took me around 40 minutes to install by myself. One of the only things I don’t like is the fact that it’s not compatible with the Apple Home system so I can’t control it with Siri.

We're thrilled to hear how much you're enjoying the performance from your new a/c unit! Thanks for being part of the GE Profile family!

Just put mine in today and immediately heard how quiet this is, way less than the typical window unit (coming from a 15,000 btu unit). Although the one thing I do miss is when the unit would shut off for a bit when it was cool enough. Overall this GE is great, time will tell, but impressed with how easy it was to install and appreciated all the weather sealing accessories - this is so much better than any accordion wings. Of course having so much of the window back to let the sun in is really appreciated.

When summer comes my A/C can’t really keep up, but with this unit it keeps my house cold. Unit is very quiet and also can look out my window.

Super quiet with a great performance. Also does not block the daylight coming in from the window. Make sure to measure outside of the window as well as inside of the window since it hangs down which requires some space below inside and outsid eow window clearence.

We have loved this AC so far and we can’t even tell when it’s on half the time because it is quiet and it keeps our house super cold and our electric bill has not jumped
