This induction cook top is responsive and easy to clean. Temperatures can be raised or lowered instantaneously. It is also environmentally friendly and safer to use than gaz cooktops because it doesn't emit methane and there are no open flames to deal with. I've had it for a month, and so far I've loved it. It was a good choice for me.
