I feel in love with this dishwasher at the store, we Installed in ran one full load and already could tell the difference in how quiet this machine was! Super quiet, super sleek, and the main reasons I bought this were below the silverware there are 40 jets that are below to get any dirt and food off them directly. The bottle jets to clean any deep bottles, the middle rack allows for you to pull it up so if you have any big items in the bottom rack you can create more room. Then there’s a 3rd rack for misc items you want to also get clean but not lose. The dry boost is amazing as well I have not had a plastic wet after washing. Overall so glad I made this purchase! Great job GE! Great customer/ sales service by bestbuy, all other stores were back ordered until March, they delivered in 3 days

It's only been a couple weeks, but so far I LOVE this dishwasher, although upgrading from a 17 year old GE, that isn't hard to beat, haha. Our old GE lasted that long, it still worked too, so we went with GE again, and hope this one does just as well. It is very quiet. It does an excellent job getting the food off, it does have a long run cycle on pretty much any setting, but I suppose they all do these days, probably why it does a better job. I love the silverware jets, and especially the 3rd rack, I will never buy another dishwasher without the 3rd rack. One thing to note, not a huge deal, but I did not realize when we bought it – our large cups, nutribullet shake cups, are too big to fit in the top rack on the bottle washers, which is what I would use those for. I noticed other models have those on the bottom, which makes sense to me. But like I said, definitely not a deal breaker. It looks very nice in the kitchen, it matches our GE profile refrigerater and our GE stove.

So before I start, BestBuy delivery and installation close to holidays is awful. Multiple cancellations and when they showed up, they had the wrong model. Anyways, prepare for a lot of headaches. Noise: You probably know that sound pressure level (SPL) is a logarithmic scale, so the difference between 45db and 42db is not like 10%. Actually, in each 3db sound volume will be doubled, meaning 45db is twice as loud as a 42db dishwasher. If I knew how loud 45db is in action, I would opt in for a 39db dishwasher. The operation is audible and the fan noise for drying is quite irritating like a loud fridge. Cleaning and Drying Power: Very nice cleaning power, and drying is perfect for everything including glass. Much better than my old dishwasher. Bottle jets are amazing and so is the utensils jets. Aesthetics: Off the chart. However the stainless color is a bit warmer than my non-Profile GE fridge and gas range. The middle top black area above the handle On the front is actually a mini display that shows “washing” or “drying” depending on the cycle. Conclusion: Very nice dishwasher with the sale price. If you’ve more budget, get the 39db version. Thanks for reading.

It’s very, very quiet. It cleans very well. It has settings for just a few dishes or a full load. It’s fingerprint resistance. I didn’t know what to expect with the mixed reviews I read, but took a chance and happy that I did. The setup was quick and Best Buy hauled off the old one. Spacious for all type of dishes and pans. It’s beautiful in my kitchen and I love everything about it! I highly recommend it.

The bottom is adjustable for those big items, 3rd rack is amazing for all this large cooking utensils and items that never had a space, sanitize option, bottle jets for deep containers, everything comes out clean and dry. I always forget it’s running because it’s so quiet! So many features I’m probably forgetting to list some. Great purchase!

Good things first: Machine is super quiet, I hardly know it is ON. 3rd rack is great. Being able to wash 1/2 rack is great. Looks great. The bad - 1. quality control is terrible. If I were not handy, this could have turned disastrous. Someone on the assembly line forgot to install a clip to the water inlet valve, and the dishwasher leaked aplenty, not from the water/drain connections! I bought clip from HomeDepot and fixed the manufacturer defect! None of the lower cost dish washers I have installed in the past ever arrived with such a major defect. 2. Over sized rubber insulation, required manual trimming which makes it not to look great once done. The manual suggests the trimming, but not how or where exactly to trim. Without trimming, dishwasher not fitting.

It cleans really good. Although in the beginning I don’t think it’s very hot but it does get hot by the end of the cycle which last about 280 to 340 minutes if you want it to be completely sanitary. One issue that I didn’t complain about is a recall before I purchased it, the description said it had a light in the cabin. Second issue was the unit is more deep by length it was not completely hidden. Third issue the top & side moldings really are of low quality considering the cost of the unit. Fourth issue while Although the third rack is a nice part of the unit, which is one of my favorite features some utensils if they are heavily soiled with oil or butter need to be put in the normal silverware compartment on the first level to ensure that it gets clean. Even then I don’t know if he gets 100% of the oil off of spatulas. However I did not feel the need to return it for any of these issues the performance is very good. Overall

Dishwasher cleans wonderful. Only issue was a loose connection on the bottom that caused a leak. It was an easy fix, but was preventable. If you’re installing yourself, attaching clips can be tricky to get correct depth and spacing. There is no room for error, I had to pull out and set the clips back 3/4 off an inch to get the correct depth

This replaces a 2016 other brand dishwasher that was double the cost, but damaged in a power surge. This cleans better by far! I tested the unit by putting in pans with burned sausage, stuck on eggs and mac & cheese. Each pan came out clean with absolutely no pre-scrubbing or washing. The bottle washing tines are great, but it would’ve been best if they had been on the bottom enabling you to wash tall sports bottles. The machine states on the front on where it is in the cleaning stage and let’s you know, until the door is open, that the dishes inside are clean, once the cycle has finished. I would definitely recommend this dishwasher.

Great features and sleek look. It has a great jet water system that l cleans the dishes without leaving behind dry food residue. It’s a very quite machine which is a plus but on down side not happy with the dish rack especially the lower one.

It was just what I needed… it’s so quiet when washing you don’t hear it at all… washes the dishes very very clean…

Nice dishwasher but buyer beware! The steam vents at the bottom of the door. If you're using the steam feature, any engineered or solid floor will discolor or stain. I was advised to purchase a GE to replace my old one because of where the electrical wiring comes up from the floor. I really had my heart set on a Bosh! :-(

The dishwasher is very quite barely notice that it on. Cleans well.

Bought this dishwasher a little over a month ago and it is a huge upgrade over my old dishwasher. I previously had an old dishwasher from another brand that was incredibly loud so sound was my first priority in a new replacement. This dishwasher is incredibly quiet and I can hardly tell it is running unless I am standing near it in the kitchen! The appearance of this dishwasher is beautiful and really stands out in the kitchen. Top control is a huge plus as I am used to having to kneel down to see the buttons on my old washer. Turbo dry is incredibly handy and leave my dishes nice and dry (very hot to the touch right after finishing though). The 3rd rack for utensils is also another big plus as anyone knows, the old utensil racks take up space on the bottom rack and can be annoying to get things in/out of them. Lastly the bottle washing sprayers are perfect for those hard to clean bottles with narrow openings. Really helps get into those hard to reach spots. Pros: Appearance is beautiful! Very Quiet Top control is very handy 3rd rack for utensils Cons: Some of the cycles seem very long especially when adding on additional options. Only really effects you if you are in a pinch in getting things washed quickly Highly recommend this dishwasher to anyone!

Cleans well but I don't recommended this model. Reasons: awkard silverware basket and too small, bottom rack does not roll out smoothly (bumps door), doesnt dry well enough, even with long dry cycle, top 3rd rack way too shallow for most spatulas. Disappointed in GE's ergonomic design on this model.

The employees were great at helping us in the store. We had it delivered,an it was on time. I love my new dishwasher. It runs quiet an it also gives me the time it will take to run for each setting. I would definitely buy here next time i need a new appliance.

Very quite. The racks allow for a better layout of dishes. And looks good.
