I love this dishwasher! It is super quiet and cleans well. Easy to operate and retains heat while running (counter top doesn’t get hot like it did with my old dishwasher).

We bought this dishwasher 18 months ago and it’s already falling apart. The cleaning cycle works fine, but the lining of the door randomly snapped off about a week ago. Just not what I would expect in terms of quality from a GE dishwasher.

Glasses are crystal clear. Love the bottle jets on top rack! No pre-rinsing needed. Quiet. Lots of settings including auto sense. Love the slate. Got it to match our refrigerator and microwave; just need the range. Would definitely recommend dishwasher.

Very, quiet, attractive, I like the top controls that stay hidden until you open the door. We bought it sight unseen in that they had none in the store, only in the warehouse. I wanted the model that had the shallow third rack on the top that pulls out to hold long utensils, and I was told this model had it but, when it was delivered it did not. It has a small side trays on each side that folds down that will hold some utensils but I would have preferred the full tray. In a small preference, I prefer cutlery holders along the front of the front of the dishwasher instead of on the side, that way you don’t have to pull out the entire bottom rack in order to reach the last slot for cutlery. All in all, a nice dishwasher, only have had it one month now so I’m still getting use to it. We do like the slate color and have the matching refrigerator and oven.

I purchased this dishwasher after much research. I installed it by myself with no difficulties. It is quite and can't even tell it's running. Works great!

We're glad to hear that it works well and you like the color. We do understand your complaints about your dishwasher and do share them with our development team. If your dishwasher racks are rolling on their own, check out the information below. The dishwasher door should lay flat when the door is open. If the lower rack rolls in because the door is not lying flat, then the door springs need to be adjusted. The installer should have adjusted the springs properly when the dishwasher was installed. The Installation Instructions will provide directions, or contact the installer to adjust the springs.
If the dishwasher door stays fully open and the racks in the dishwasher roll in or out by themselves, the dishwasher is not level. The leveling legs should have been adjusted at installation to ensure the dishwasher is level, front-to-back, and left-to-right. The Installation Instructions will provide directions, or contact the installer to adjust the springs. Hope this helps. Mike@GEA

We have owned 3 homes, and replaced at least 3 dishwashers, including the one in our current home with the product. It looks sleek, it runs amazing, it was everything I wanted and needed. Hard food grinder, stainless steel tub, no 3rd rack which is a waste for us, and looks great in our kitchen. But it has more then what we were looking for, bottle jets, heated boost dry, sanitize cycle...this thing is just plain amazing!

I always try to buy top of the line in anything I need. Often I end up discovering benefits that I hadn’t previously been aware of. In this case, the washer works spotlessly and super quietly. I’m still experimenting in how best to use it, but I really like it.

This dishwasher is a replacement for an LG we had for 10years before it died. The new GE dishwasher, had the same exterior dimensions but the interior I’d smaller, my plates cannot fit side by side. The silverware holder is smaller and I can’t put tall serving spoons or spatulas in holder because they touch the top rack and water spinner. We bought an expensive model, but the racks and soap holder are flimsy and cheap. Very disappointed with this brand and model.

It's beautiful in Slate and very quiet. We've only had it for 16 days but so far so good. It replaced our 32 year old Almond colored GE dishwasher that was working perfectly, but we had to replace it's matching 32 year old Almond colored GE side by side refrigerator that definitely wasn't working properly, and we wanted matching appliances. Great testament to GE quality. As with the new refrigerator, we hope this new dishwasher lasts for 32 years with no issues like our old one did.

We purchased 2 of these dishwashers for our new kitchen remodel. They are a little noisier than our previous, but with the COVID crisis we feel fortunate to have been able to get these. The dishwasher cleans well.

Our dishwasher (which was the previous version of this model) suddenly stopped working. After not being able to find a solution to fix it, we searched all over to find a GE Slate dishwasher with the stainless steel interior. Best Buy was the only location that had any in stock so we were more than happy to find it here. As far as the product goes, it is pretty quiet, but makes a slight bit more noise than the older model, but I love the dry boost option! Overall, very happy with our purchase of this item.
