Not expecting my 2022 model dishwasher to be sub par at best to the one it replaced... The rack shelving is now so wobbly and barely fits in the tracks to slide in/out for daily use. It also doesn't accommodate plates/pasta bowls/salad bowls due to the wire placement of the rack. The biggest thing that is bothersome is the second time we have used it the dishwasher tab.... which was the most expensive cascade platinum that the dishwasher recommended didn't come out of the compartment when it was supposed to (guessing) because it left residue ALL over everything on the bottom rack causing me to have to re-wash the dishes... isn't that the point of the dishwasher.... to wash your dishes? Just asking for a friend here? Paying almost $900, I'm debating ripping it out and taking it back and letting GE know they have lost a lifelong customer.

So far, so good. Looks nice in the kitchen (got it to match the oven and microwave) and holds a lot. Love that we can run a half load, although we haven't yet. Isn't super quiet but isn't terribly loud either, and we usually run it overnight anyways.

The installation was done well by Best Buy the dishwasher itself washes extremely well and very quiet!

The dishwasher works well don't get me wrong. And it's quieter then I thought. However the bottom rack has plastic pieces that snap onto rack that allow it to slide front to back. They just have a small snap sound. The one on the left keeps coming off the rack, and you can't slide the bottom rack. So you're left trying to reinstall this plastic guide piece, snapping it, so you can pull bottom rack out. It's plastic snap in so all you're doing is making it more worn each time. Best buy installer warned me while installing he wasn't a fan of this dishwasher due to cheap little parts. I cannot recommend this product. Almost assured to not last longer term.

It is attractive, does the job, and is reasonably priced. The racks are not adjustable, though, and because of that it’s not real well suited for larger items like sauce pots or frying pans. I also think the bottom racks slant a bit too much, and I think that lessens the number of dishes one can load without having them touching. The drying cycle is just OK. But so far it cleans well, and that’s the most important thing.

I have owned this dishwasher for one year. Overall it cleans adequately and has decent features. It's design, however, is utterly flawed. In the one year I have owned it, I have had to replace the wheels on the bottom rack with 20 replacements. There are 8 wheels on the bottom rack that constantly - I mean constantly - pop off. If you don't happen to notice, such as if they pop off while you are pushing the rack in to run the cycle, they will melt onto your bottom heating element and be ruined. See the photo; the wheels snap onto a cheap plastic "hub" that does very little to hold the wheels on the rack. Any weight whatsoever on the rack and they just pop off. After buying 20 replacements at my own expense over the first year of ownership, I am no longer buying them and just shoving the bottom rack in. I now have three left of the eight needed. When I say I hate this dishwasher for this reason, I mean I HATE it. In addition to that, the trim on the door is very cheaply made and constantly separates from the door (see photo). I have reglued it on three times in the past year, but the heat from the dryer (that is right by this area of the door on the inside) just continues to loosen the glue and the trim pulls off again. For a $900 dishwasher, this model is a piece of junk. Calling customer service was a lesson in futility. They wanted to charge me to send out a technician to see that the wheels pop off. I will never purchase another GE appliance after this experience.

Cleans well and it is very quiet. Does not dry well without the dry boost, but dry boost works well.

Very quiet and dry does a great job. I put extra dirty pans in as a test and they came out clean. Recommend this unit

it is nice, cleans well and is large enough so I don't have to run the dishwasher daily.

After only a couple of weeks the dishwasher started leaking. That is the reason I replaced the previous dishwasher which was many years old. Right from the start the dishwasher emitted an intense chemical smell when in use. This toxic smell persists months later.

This dishwasher was very disappointing. The description states it has dry boost, which I thought meant it would excel at drying and sanitizing the dishes and glasses. Whenever we ran it the door was still wet and the dishes were still wet and needed hand drying. I tried all the steps in the manual regarding troubleshooting this problem and nothing worked. Also the sanitized light would never come on, even though the input water was well over 120 degrees as required. It seemed this machine never properly executed the dry or sanitize cycles. I have initiated a return for this product.

Very happy with this new dishwasher. Dry boost takes a long time to cycle but I run it at night and it's ready the next morning.
