Watch is functional, however charger was not and despite multiple attempts to correct with Best Buy (chat, in-store, and phone) no replacement was provided. Yes, chargers are not expensive - but the principal of buying something that costs several hundred dollars that is not fully functional is unacceptable. Especially from someone who is supposed to be reputable like Best Buy

Although the watch was functional, there was a deep scratch (> 1cm) on the face of the watch, which was both disappointing and distracting, so I ended up bringing it back and getting an open box version (with Apple warranty and no scratches on the glass face)

I don't know the reason why this watch was originally refurbished, but when I got it it wasn't charging at all. I don't know if it was the charger or the watch itself. So, I returned it.
