Functional, but poor packaging, and damaged faceplates I’m surprised it still works if anything. It also didn’t look like it was cleaned properly. But other than that everything works fine including the Controller.

So the ps5 experience is great vs xbox , graphics are amazing, but buying refurbished is not the best , controller barely worked , triggers would stick and buttons , took it to GameStop and had to buy a 79.99 controller just to play, hdmi port seemed to be repaired but it’s really lose and would lose connection to tv , wouldn’t buy again

Everything else was good jusr sent me a messed up controller, looked like someone deliberately ripped out the charger port.
