Refurbished?

Refurbished - refers to a product that has been restored to a like-new condition after being returned or used. The product arrived with visible defects and some gunk underneath the screen. I rarely buy items that are open box or refurbished. And this is the 2nd time I made the mistake of doing so and what I received is far below my expectations. Best Buy we need to do better than this. SMH
