Have bought several new gaming towers and they were all with major issues. I began buying refurbished items (OLED switch, monitors) from Best Buy and NEVER had any problems!! Will always purchase my electronics, monitors, gaming systems from Best Buy only!!!!

If you don’t care about an extended warranty, then it’s okay. Otherwise after 90 days you’re stuck with it. I couldn’t do that so I returned it and brought it from a different retailer with said warranty.

Came in excellent condition and I love using it! I let my nieces play on it sometimes and they always have a blast when I let them borrow it.

Bought this device online and was excited to get it in the mail. Upon receiving it I saw that one of the controllers had a missing button. It was Geek Squad certified, which I thought meant it was thoroughly inspected and in sellable condition. I returned it the next day and got my refund. Disappointed.

Horrible did not come with charger when I called told me to bring a system back to store couldn't cause it was a gift ended up spending money on charger

I am able to play all the games I want to on it, it was worth it

They sent me the wrong console twice, and the correct one is heavily scratched.

I'm not sure what Best Buy was trying to pull, but if you order this be sure to double check. They sent me a regular switch and not the OLED model.
