I was very lucky my system work from day one. The console was in my budget, had affordable zip payments plan and the console works great online and plays physical games and movies. I purchased mine online a month ago and picked up at my local best buy store.

Works great , faster than the S model. A must for all gamers of all ages . HDR games movies and why buy the lower model.

I purchased this item as a gift. When the recipient received this product, he stated the controller did not work. I tried to get it replace but was told that I was out of the return/replacement window. I had to purchase a new controller for $65.00. I suggest buying the warranty if purchasing a refurbished product, or better yet, purchase only new electronics.

The product had it not overheated every 3-5 minutes would’ve been the same as any other xbox. The online cutomer service was great but in store the manager would not exchange it for a working one even though online customer svc said I could exchange it. So I go to return it and for some reason they put it on a gift card instead of my best buy cc. I finally got it returned to my cc and was still upset because it was a good deal. So I have to ask Best Buy, do you stand behind your geek squad recertified or refurbished products or not? Honestly if you’re selling it in a recertified or refurbished state that is supposedly quality checked, you should stand behind it and provide your customers a replacement at your cost. We trusted that we were getting quality products from you. You have inconvenienced us, the customer.

Xbox unit works but the controller does not. Tried to call to get help but unsuccessful. Now having my son get a ride to his local store to see if they can help with the issue. Difficult to use the online help offered by your company.

Looks great. Works perfectly. Had an wireless remote included as well.

If I could give no stars I would. I bought this using reward points for my son for his birthday. At first just purchased a game pass because was had never owned a system and wanted to try games out. I purchased a brand new game a few days ago and it does not play the disc. We wanted to have a disc so didn't not have to rely on Internet. On top of that Best Buy will not accept the disc back. Since I purchased this a few months ago, obviously I'm out of luck. I really like using Best Buy online and the local store, but after this will probably look elsewhere for purchasing needs.

Works great, and runs fast, controller is like brand new!

We bought this so the whole family could play together. We play Rocket league and Fortnite. It was a great deal, and also our first product from one of the Best Buy outlet stores. I was nervous with it being refurbished, however it had worked great.

Works like new! All components came as advertised. I’m happy with the order and will definitely consider buying refurbished in the future

BUYER BE WARE! Don’t buy refurbished items from BestBuy. They will not stand behind their product. I purchased a refurbished XBox for Christmas. By March the system would crash and not work. Took in to the Geek Squad and they couldn’t work on the system. Money lost!

I dislike the fact that you advertise with a brand new box (like a brand new one comes with) when its actually refurbished by Best Buy not Microsoft. Should just have a picture with the Xbox by itself so you know its refurbished right away. Thats all
