Says IN STOCK, but YOU WILL NEVER GET IT!

FAIL. Ordered in MAY. Says it's shipped. Also says DELAYED. Nobody at Best Buy can find it, or explain where it is. Management at BestBuy doesn't care. I would suggest buying from Amazon, as BestBuy has become CIRCUIT CITY. Would LOVE someone from management to contact me and tell me where it is. And why their system is so horrible. Ordered MAY 20, 2024 --- today is JULY 18, 2024.

I’m not sure if they did anything to it or what they did to it but it works great. It’s my first time getting an Xbox and I was looking everywhere for an Xbox one x and I’m glad I found this one because it works great. The fan is super quiet which I don’t know if that’s usually the case with Xbox but it’s definitely more quieter than my ps3 and 4. Happy with my purchase I just hope it stays that way

Very pleased with the purchase. Came in a plain box packed very well with the system, controller, hdmi, and power cord. Some reviews complain it doesn’t come in original box as pictured, but it’s a used Xbox from 2017. The only suggestion would be to add a charging cord for the controller since battery’s are not included for it. Othwise great purchase

Completely disappointed with everything, spent 359. And got a box that was larger then the xbox so had bubble wrap on the 4 sides but not enough to stop it from moving then nothing on top or bottom to protect it, had scratches and white skid marks, controller just as shabby looking, really excepted more from best buy
