Q: How often do you have to change the filter?
A: Hi, Only had the unit a month, like it a lot but haven't had to change the filter. It of course depends on whether you have carpet vs wood/tile, where you live, air quality etc but from what I read it seemed like no more than every 6 months. Good luck!
Q: where do you buy the ferbrezz cartridge for this unit? have been to 20 stores cannot find them
A: We are unsure as to what you mean by ferbrezz cartridge. This unit only takes Germ Guardian replacement filters.
