A: It is best to have the unit at minimum 6in away from a wall or any furniture.

A: To reset the unit after the filter has been replaced, you will have the unit powered on and hold down the timer button for 5 seconds.
Q: Will this purifier reduce the amount of the COVID-19 virus in the air and on surfaces?
A: We have not specifically tested our units against COVID-19, therefore we do not know how effective it is against the virus. Our units will not take care of virus, bacteria, mold spores or contaminants that are on surfaces. Only things that are floating in the air.

A: All of our air purifiers do not create ozone.
