Glow - Easy Lock 51" Translucent Umbrella Black Panel

Opaque, form-fitting black baffle panel that slips over the open rear face of a 33" translucent umbrella. Standard translucent umbrellas naturally spray light in all directions, causing massive light spill onto backgrounds and surrounding walls.

Make your photography lighting more professional and versatile with the Glow Easy Lock 41" Translucent Umbrella Diffuser. This high-quality light modifier effortlessly transforms your Glow Easy Lock Deep Umbrella into a large, efficient softbox, without sacrificing significant light output. Designed to convert indirect umbrella light into a soft, window-like illumination, this diffuser is perfect for portraiture and situations requiring a grand and statuesque lighting effect. With your flash directed into the umbrella's parabola and the diffusion material encapsulating the head, light spill is minimized, creating an effect akin to an indirect softbox. The diffuser not only expands the utility and coverage of your umbrella but also controls the light spread just enough to uniformly light large groups. It's a versatile tool that enhances the performance of all three types of deep umbrellas. When paired with the EZ Lock Silver/Black Deep Umbrella, the diffuser produces a soft light with a slightly cool color rendition and a touch more snap. Meanwhile, deep umbrellas with white interiors yield a much softer light with a neutral to warm color quality. The Glow Easy Lock 41" Translucent Umbrella Diffuser also broadens light in all directions, mimicking the unidirectional spread of a large light dome. This durable and easy-to-use diffuser is compatible with all brands of similar 41" diameter umbrellas. Elevate your photography lighting setup with this affordable and effective light modifier.
