This mat is thick and is very nice. It keeps my body from hurting on a wooden gym floor.

At 63 I needed a support cushion for the joints to allow stretching comfortably.

Never owned a yoga mat before. Bought this to do some at home exercises without hurting my back to much on my carpet. It works not much to say about it. Its longer then i thought it would be. and it has some cushion to it.
