Good People - DVD

Tyler Perry stars as a successful and wealthy businessman who has always done what's expected of him - until he meets a single mother who inspires him to live the life he's always wanted?

Based on the incredible, real-life story of America's most decorated dog - a stray rescued from the streets of New Haven, Conn., by a young doughboy on the eve of America's entry into World War I - a stubby-tailed pup soon finds himself in the trenches of France, embarking on a historic adventure by his beloved Soldier's side. A genuine, four-legged American hero and the first canine promoted to the rank of Sergeant in U.S. Army history, Sgt. Stubby shows the world the true meaning of dedication, loyalty and bravery in this thrilling InchtailInch of adventure for the entire family.

With her husband in the trenches of World War I, young Pearl (Mia Goth) had no options but to look after her parents' Texas farm and her infirm father (Matthew Sunderland) under the eye of her domineering mother (Tandi Wright). To fall back on, she had fantasies provided by the local movie house and dreams of personal showbiz glory-and her efforts to obtain them will lead to a horrific psychotic break. Ti West's stylish and shocking InchXInch prequel co-stars David Corenswet, Emma Jenkins-Purro. 102 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack English.
