About this product
Vinyl LP pressing. Digitally remastered reissue of Goodbye Mr. Mackenzie's 1994 album Five. Five was self-released by the band and marked a turning point in the Mackenzie's musical path after they left their major tag. Like so much of the band's material, it still sounds as fresh and relevant three decades on from it's first but has a rougher, grunge-inspired edge.

The forthcoming album InchMagnoliaInch is a concept album based on Lioba's time following the break up of her former indie band in 2019, escaping a way to Asia where she had time to breath and way up her life options and concluding to embark on a solo career.in 2021 Lioba released her first EP InchIntrospectionInch and then in retrospective begun work on her album based upon her journey to that point. If life is a movie then Mangolia would be Lioba's soundtrack for her live at that timeLioba set no limits for herself and her producer Nico Klaukien (Elevate Studios) when developing Magnolia. Their fateful meeting in Hamburg in May 2020 enabled them to create a songwriting and production process that could not have been more harmonious.A1. MagnoliaA2. SmileA3. At The PoolA4.
