Google pixels are one of my favorite phone when it comes to taking pictures.comparing pixels pictures to samsung pictures, pixels use a totally different software to enhance pictures better than samsung and apple phones. Another main key feather i found help is pixels is a very user friendly phone.

Love the Pixel 6 pro! It's lightning fast with the new processor! The camera features are too many to list! Battery has NEVER worn down on me!

Here is a detailed review after about 10 days with the phone. BATTERY LIFE: Very good! You need to let the adaptive battery smarts learn how you use the phone and start adjusting power use as needed. I was worried on day one but now, very satisfied. This is my experience but give it a 2-3 days and see if yours is the same. FINGERPRINT SENSOR: This is a complicated one. I hated it at first. I thought Google made a huge mistake. First, you need to stay out of developer options and don’t change the animation scales. Once you do this, the lock screen will consistently show you the fingerprint symbol. Turn on the extra touch sensitivity in the phone’s options. Enroll your finger(s) twice (advice given to many different branded phones). From there, you need to learn how to use it. It takes a little pressure. I kept missing the center but with time, muscle memory developed and now I am satisfied with the FPS. It isn’t the greatest but it’s also not “terrible” or “unusable.” I don’t think this should stop you. I am getting close to not even noticing anything unusual with the FPS. Time heals all… FPS issues – well, most. CHARGING: This is one that I don’t have a fix for and I think Google mislead people on the phone’s ability to fast charge. It does use high-speed charging to get to 50% and that’s what they promised. Unfortunately, 51% to 100% is closer to regular rapid charging. You won’t get super-fast charging from 50% to 100%. I can live with it since the phone easily makes it through my day. I just charge my phone overnight. It has a nice adaptive charging feature to protect your battery when overnight charging. THE CAMERA BAR: Before I got the phone, I thought it was going to be problematic, easy to scratch. Well, the opposite. I love it. It looks cool and no rocking when you have it on a table (unlike S21 and Apple iPhone). My case has a lip around it. I am trying out a camera lens protector because they came in the box with my screen protectors. Not sure I need it – I just put it on last night. My case seems to protect it on its own. SCREEN PROTECTOR: Unfortunately, on the Pixel 6 Pro, you are mostly stuck with TPU film protectors. They get dirty easily and wear out much sooner than tempered glass. There’s also all this talk about how they affect fingerprint performance. My film does not have a fingerprint sensor problem but it does have the typical dirty and wear issues. Since I am picky about the screen, I will probably end up replacing the film soon. This isn’t a Pixel problem per se, it’s TPU film protectors. Also, note that the regular Pixel 6 screen does not have the rolled edges, it’s squared off so you can get tempered glass for it. CAMERA: This is obvious. It’s fantastic. The 4x optical Zoom is so cool. Magic Eraser is neat but doesn’t always work well. I’m not a pro photographer. I am probably like you, someone who enjoys everyday photos. The Pixel is doing a GREAT job with my everyday photo experience. It does a whole heck of a lot more that I still need to explore. MATERIAL YOU THEMING: I thought this was going to be silly. It’s not. It’s kinda neat the way it pulls colors out of your wallpaper and uses them throughout the phone. I like it! OTHER THINGS TO CONSIDER: No way around it, this is a big phone. Check it out in person if you are concerned. And it’s slippery! Buy a case when you buy the phone. Look at what the regular Pixel 6 has to offer and if the Pro is worth it for you I came from a Galaxy S21+ and I am really enjoying all of the Pixel features. I love the call screen and “hold for me.” The high resolution, adaptive high refresh rate make for a beautiful screen experience. This is the phone to get if you want Google’s latest tech. They just added “Adaptive Sound” today! Yes, an update… a quiet little update. When you read other reviews, which you should, make sure the reviewer isn’t expressing only first day, gut reactions. Make sure they have used the phone for at least several days. After using the phone for a week and admittedly being a Pixel/Android person, I give it 4.5 stars. The half star off is for that charging discrepancy. It’s a great phone that you will enjoy. You are probably going to be married to your phone for at least a year so read other reviews. Great screen, great camera, great design. The down side is the thermals on the chip and subsequent thermal protection necessary to mitigate it. Battery life is respectable but not as good as the oneplus 9 or 10 but certainly closer to the 9. Google needs to allow a little more personalized experience to be had, feels a bit to appleish. Overall a great first product from Google

The Pixel Pro 6 is in short supply, but worth putting yourself on a waiting list for it. (if by the time you read this it’s readily available, so much the better) First of all I love its big size. I’m in my 70’s and I need every inch of it. I was thinking of upgrading to the Pixel 5, but there was no “pro” or “XL” model that year. I’m glad I waited, this phone has so many improvements over the older Pixels. A twice as fast ‘refresh rate’ for starters (you can really feel it in scrolling through your apps and swiping menus), a brand new Google processor, three different rear camera lenses and a much better front camera lens. I’ll just leave you with two thoughts if you buy this phone. First, don’t be scared with the initial battery life. When I charged it up to 100 per cent the first time, I noticed it had dropped down to 70 percent in a short period of time. I was really upset but read in another review that, “The smart circuitry takes time to learn how you use the phone.” Sure enough a few days later a full six hours after normal use the battery level was 90 per cent. Second, a hint with the fingerprint sensor. When setting it up, use the SAME finger you’re going to use to make TWO different fingerprint profiles! The system was hit or miss before I did this, and now the phone unlocks instantly when I place my finger on the reader. Enjoy your Pixel 6 pro as much as I do!

Got a great deal on last years Flagship phone. Its been great so far!

There are many good things about this phone. The big screen, excellent camera, awesome battery life, the Google Android interface and many others. Others. You would need time to get used to the aspect ratio and the big size if you are coming from a smaller phone or another iPhone. So far I'm loving it and I switch it from iPhone.

Great phone. Google Assistant is the best. The Pixel 6 Pro is the way to go if you want android. Clearly a open format for android but Google is very smooth and pure. The new tensor ship is nice. Beautiful screen and resolution. Phone is not heavy at all. Get a Spigen hybrid case for it. Feels perfect. Yes iOS is smoother and has better support, like with stores around and their warranties but you can’t go wrong with Googles phone. I recommend the P6 Pro due to the better screen resolution. Oh the camera is nice too. Battery life will last you. It adapts to YOUR usage. Standby time is good too.

Great camera stock android. What's there not to like. My only issue with this phone is I need it to charge faster than it does. Other than that. This is a really good phone.

Jumped the OnePlus ship (7T Pro) and got a Google Pixel 6 Pro. Will not look back! 5G utilized to its fullest, amazing camera and AI rendering, snappy! Only thing I miss is the quick charging of my OnePlus, but besides that its all positive.

Nice phone but terrible cell reception and this one gets hot a lot. Tested this with the same sim swapping between this and a Galaxy S22 in the same room. Eventually returned. Pixel 7 lineup got better (but not quite there compared to other popular brands in terms of reception). Your milage might vary; if you're in luck and the available wireless bands in the area match with what this Pixel 6 Pro is capable of, you can get usable speed.

I love my Pixel 6 pro. Heat issues are better and it still performs like a dream.

Great screen, plenty fast enough. Good cameras. A little quircky thou. Adaptive brightness wasnt on point. Buttons in diferent spots than most other phone s. Biggest thing for me was i could not set the screen up the way i like it. I guess that comes from years of flexibility with samsungs. I ultimatly ended up back with samsung . But google 7 may win me back.we will see.

Battery life is bad, gets hot so easy, terrible fingerprint reader, camera is great unless the object is close, if enabled the double tap to wake the screen works only most of the time, no more free unlimited cloud storage, no charger included. Get a different phone.

Love the Pixel 6 Pro coming from a Galaxy S21 Ultra. Feels lighter in hand than the S21, have a phenomenal camera, and runs super smooth. Battery life gets me through the day no problem and I'm a heavy user. Charging times are a bit slower, but this will ensure your battery can hold a charge much longer as it doesn't put as much strain on the battery. If you want an Android phone, this is the device to get.

It is an excellent phone with no technical issues, an excellent camera, and call screening is an excellent feature.

Difficult to use. It will improve with time spent on it.
