I really enjoy the phone- it has a lot of nice features and once I was able to get one that would work with my carrier it was great. I had some issues buying this phone from best buy it was a phone that should have already been assigned to my phone line on my Verizon carrier but when I tried to activate it Verizon told me it was fraudulent phone and had to be returned. In addition they tagged my line as fraud and it took about an hour to get them to add my old phone back to the line and remove the restrictions. I had to take the phone back to a physical store and return it and wait another three days for them to send me a new one.

Solid small package for an affordable smartphone. Easy to hold and fits easily in pockets.

I'm a big fan of the Google Pixel phones and the Google Pixel 8 phone I just bought is the best yet. I love the camera on the phone too! Best Buy has been my go to place for new cellphones. I would take a photo of my phone, but I don't have another phone to take the photo with.

This is one of the best android phones currently on the market. Phenomenal camera, great look, enough processing power for pretty much anything you throw at it, and very good UI on top. At this price point, I can't recommend this phone enough.

The first Pixel 8 I got from Best Buy was defective. Wouldn't connect to my Pixel 4 for the data transfer and would throw errors whenever trying to activate. Returned and replaced with another Pixel 8. That one activated just fine, but the data transfer process definitely wasn't as easy or smooth as it used to be. Seems like that technology went backwards. Now that it's all set up, it's a good phone but it was a process getting there.

As a past owner of Pixel 3, 3 Pro, 6, 6 Plus, I am most disappointed in the call quality of both the Pixel 8 and the Pixel 8 Pro. Received both phones at end of November 2023, and am now using Samsung Galaxy 24 and 24+, both phones have great call quality. Was supplied three replacement 8 Pro phones by carrier, all had same sound quality problems. While Google has currently accepted the Pixel 8 for repair, it has found multiple circular reasons not to accept the Pixel 8 Pro to repair or replace, over the last weeks.
