I've tried aftermarket charging blocks and cables. There are none that compare to the quality and charging speed of the OEM Google chargers. I would recommend this for any USB-c device that requires 18w or less to charge properly even for non Google branded products.

I don't have a Google Pixel but I read that this is the best, safest charger for USB Type-C. There are many unsafe USB-C cables and chargers out there but the Google engineer Benson Leung highly recommends this cable. As promised, it can quickly charge my Nintendo Switch even while playing Zelda: BotW while at full brightness in handheld mode.

I bought this to charge the Switch when playing handheld mode. I was worried at first that the charger wouldn't be compatible or would fry the console; but after extensive research on the voltage/amps and what the Switch can handle, it checks out. I'm glad I bought it because I can play BOTW and charge at the same time without losing battery power. If you have any doubt about this charger, use me as a test. I will update this review in 3 months time to show how this charger has been.

I would only buy official Google chargers to use with my Pixel 2 XL. Not only has the charger been made specially for these phones but the cable is to tier.

purchase because I left my original charger at home. Salesperson directed me to this unit, came complete and is a quick charger unit. Works great!

This power cord is replacing my old USB-C cable with my S8. Please note that this cable is fully compatible with the S8's fast charging.

Works perfectly to charge a Switch while playing, and not near as cumbersome as the stock charger. Packs extremely well, the fact that the cord detaches helps, but note that both ends are USB-C so you can't use it with the standard USB cords you have laying around. I'd place it on the must have accessories list for the Switch

I have not had one issue with this Google USB C charger. I prefer to stick to the name brand charger that the phone is sold by. This charger is heavier gauge wire, and has a built in clip that holds the end of the cable.

Works best with Google phones, superfast charging with 18w type C plug. Faster than off-brands.

Decided to try this charger for my Nintendo switch, and it's actually better than the OEM charger. Definitely recommend this charger, as I'm sure it's real good for your USB-C phones too.

The charger is high quality and provides excellent output at 18W. Bought it specifically to charge a Nintendo Switch (and it does).

There are few options for Type-C USB chargers on the market, and this one is by far the best quality. The cord is much longer than what came with the phone and it is also a fast charger.

This is great for charging my phone and my Ninntedo Switch. It is fully USB-PD compliant and will charge the Switch while playing a game.

Comes with long well built USB type cable and charges just as fast as original Pixel charger. Highly recommend this product.
