I use multiple batteries when recording with my go pro cameras while storm chasing and these batteries charge quickly and are easy to install. They hold a charge and are simple to use.

Easy to use, compact, and charges batteries quickly

I'm still learning to use my GoPro HERO4. I'm happy this product was purchased for me. I would recommend this product to all my family and friends. Light weight, easy to use, excellent quality picturesque. If you have any questions the GoPro guys are there to help.

If you buy a gopro cam for your trips, you definitely need to buy more than one battery to be able to take all the pictures you want without worrying about battery usage. And what is better than buying the original GoPro battery for its amazing price!

This battery is cheap and something you must have if you buy a GoPro Hero 4. The battery charges quickly and it's always a good idea to have a backup battery for recording videos and if wifi is turned on.

I gave this a 4 out of 5 star ratting because all batteries have there down falls. But this battery operates amazingly, also is has some trouble in EXSTREAM cold, like at least below 20 degrees F... and in EXSTREAM heat like, 90-95 Degrees F..... the battery will drain quicker than usual. but in normal operating tepms like warm but not desert warm, it will use a full charge. When you buy the camera, always charge the battery FULLY before turning on your camera for the first time, also do this when buying an extra battery. Doing this will allows the batteries cells to fill up, buy this happening the battery has a "memory" and will always charge to that limit. If you don't charge the battery fully before using it, you could make it not charge to its fullest. And by this happening that might be the only amount it can charge to. Purchased a back up battery as part of a gift for Christmas. Good battery life, very small and compact and a great price for how expensive the camera is priced!

A back up battery is always necessary, especially during vacation. It's small and easy to store. Easier to carry an extra battery rather than charger.

Works like a champ, extra batteries are handy. If you manage the WiFi and screen time, batteries last a lot longer than most say.

As long as you have a couple batteries on hand your good to record long times. Last about 45 mins recording full 4K on black hero 4. Like that they are lite. Takes about two hours to charge on usb

Lasts a good while. Just remember to turn off the wifi on your gopro. If not then it will drain your battery!

Much longer life than previous versions. Little tabs make it easier to remove battery from the devise.

I purchased a spare battery when I purchased the HERO4 Silver GoPro. This was great. I doubled the usage time of the GoPro but I also doubled the down time too. The batteries need to be recharged and the only charger that I had was the GoPro itself. My next purchase was a Dual Battery Charger for Hero4 batteries. This charger came with a single battery and a charger that can charge two batteries at a time. This works great. I now have one battery in my Camera and two fully charged batteries waiting.

If you have a GoPro, you need to purchase additional batteries (it does come with one). Unless you plan to do very limited amounts of filming. Especially when you're first learning, you'll run down batteries fast. And you'll want to experiment a lot (YouTube is your friend for teaching videos). I have 3 batteries now, plan to add a 4th just to be safe. It's great to be charging batters while using others.

If you use your GoPro for long amounts of shooting or are in remote areas where charging your GoPro isn't an option, than you should buy this. Having a back up battery is nice because you don't have to worry about your camera dying and you missing that perfect shot. I recommend buying the charging station to pair this because that comes with a battery too, and then you would have a full set of three.

I spend a lot of time recording a lot of stuff and one battery is not enough. But when my friend mentioned that i can buy an another one then i just realized that it makes sense. Now i'm using 1 extra battery backup and can record my videos just enough for the battery life aswell. The shipping was faster than i expected and the product was not damage and completly as it described.

This battery charges quickly and holds a charge in some cold weather.

Ever since GoPro started to make their cameras work exclusively with their own batteries, this is really the only way to go. There are some GoPro cameras that will work with 3rd party batteries but as the firmwares keep coming out, I think they all will eventually work ONLY with GoPro batteries. This is one of them and it works great

Great battery. The charge lasts a pretty good amount of time depending on the settings like GoPro describes. I had two other aftermarket batteries (Sma Tree) and they both completely quit working the same day after about 6 uses. The original battery from GoPro is still going strong. I would definitely recommend this battery after testing against others.
