This thing is a blast, it has been so much fun commuting back and forth to work and just cruising around. Super easy and straightforward to set up and charges up quick especially with the 2 chargers supplied. Range has been great and have no problem with hills and have hit top speed mutiple times. If you are looking for a scooter and this is one of your choices, just get it.

My first scooter I’ve ever purchased was a Niu max and that was a great buy, but it didn’t quite offer as much as the Gotrax Gx3 did, I don’t regret my purchase although it was a pretty penny. I love it so far and I definitely recommend buying the Gx3 its very fast and it’s all terrain and the suspension is amazing. I love the throttle response on it. It’s very quick and well built awesome product.

It came with some scratches and foot print. But i think they were testing it out. But after all everything is good.

This scooter is phenomenal, because you feel the natural adrenaline of speed! Thanks to this scooter, it takes me to the gym, to the shopping center, to the park, to work within the city. I save a lot of gas, I can say that it is my electric car with a good autonomy in its battery and how smooth it feels to drive Thanks GOTRAX

After 2 months tires melt from the back of scooter

This Scooter is perfect. It is incredibly fast and durable. Brakes work very well. The 11 inch tires grip well and in addition to the shocks create a smooth off-road ride. The headlight is bright and the handlebars have room to mount a phone holder. Turn signals are nice and the running lights are great. The only small issue is some adjustments that are needed to the brakes and rotors so that they don’t rub while riding.

Abysmal. I spent a decent amount of time trying to decide which scooter would be best fit for my needs, I took everything into account. Everything except the fact that GoTrax is seemingly incompetent in their productions. All was fine the first day of use, then the second day the breaks failed as they had seemingly leaked all the mineral oil from the hydraulic breaks. I contacted GoTrax directly for a solution and they offered nothing of use. All that was left now was to return it to Best Buy directly, and exchange it for a new one

It looks really cool but I haven't received it yet. The first one was lost before leaving the store for shipping.

Perfect for me. Nothing I can’t complaint about it

The tires are a problem, and you will not be able to talk to anyone helpful. We bought 2 scooters as gifts this past Christmas, and one came with a defective wheel when it arrived. The back wheel made a strange noise when the brake was applied. Good luck trying to get them to honor the "Warranty." The wheel eventually developed a leak, in less than 8 weeks. (We live in SWFL, so it was ridden on flat sidewalks or roads during that time.) GoTrax will have you submit a video and then deny your claim. They will not let you speak to anyone regarding a warranty or warranty claim and will only deal with warranty claims via email. Needless to say, they do not honor their warranty. The person who answers the phone is quite possibly the rudest person with whom I've ever spoken. When I asked if they recorded the calls so that someone would be able to hear how rudely he was behaving, he hung up. BUYER BEWARE! With all the choices of companies to choose from, buy from another company that actually will speak to you and care about their customers.
