This was my first time using a device like this. The method is proven and actually pretty cool. This device does the job but the digital control panel is pretty clunky (on mine at least). It took me awhile to get it going, but once I did, it performed as it should. Cooked a pork tenderloin with it the other day and it was one of the best I have ever tasted. Be prepared to spend some extra time preparing your meal, but it will be worth the wait if you follow the instructions precisely.

This sous vide is a life-saver. It is so easy to use and I have had great results with it. I used to be very intimidated to cook meat for other people I am pretty inexperienced in the kitchen and i am prone to overcooking/undercooking my meat ending up with dry or slimy dinner, ugh. This makes my meat and fish come out perfectly tender and flavorful, and it has given me so much confidence to try new things in the kitchen, and to cook for others. Last night I made the best pastrami I have ever had. It's like a whole new world has opened up for me!

The sous vide was exactly what I was looking for! It helps make my steak the perfect amount of tenderness every single time! Now that I have this awesome appliance, I will never go back to cooking a steak the traditional way. This is a must have for any kitchen. Definitely recommend purchasing this product!

We love this, it was our first experience cooking with a sous vide and we absolutely love it- its so easy and the food always comes out great! Super easy to use and the recipe book is really helpful and easy to follow

This Sous Vide Pod is awesome! I used it to make large soups. normally when I use an immersion blender I always risk burning myself while making soup. This one allows you to clip it to your pot so you dont have to worry about that potential hot soup scalding. I also really liked they give you a little recipe booklet for some fun cooking ideas.

This product works great, The setup was fairly easy, and the water heated up in almost no time. Since I bought it my favorite recipe has been a 121F salmon with garlic, mustard, rosemary, honey, and some white wine. The flavors really infused when I set it in to cook. A lot of websites will say you need a vacuum sealer, but I just used a resealable plastic bag until I can get ahold of one. I super excited to get some more recipes tried out on this product!!
