Does the job but....
This was my first time using a device like this. The method is proven and actually pretty cool. This device does the job but the digital control panel is pretty clunky (on mine at least). It took me awhile to get it going, but once I did, it performed as it should. Cooked a pork tenderloin with it the other day and it was one of the best I have ever tasted. Be prepared to spend some extra time preparing your meal, but it will be worth the wait if you follow the instructions precisely.

Using this daily!
This sous vide is a life-saver. It is so easy to use and I have had great results with it. I used to be very intimidated to cook meat for other people I am pretty inexperienced in the kitchen and i am prone to overcooking/undercooking my meat ending up with dry or slimy dinner, ugh. This makes my meat and fish come out perfectly tender and flavorful, and it has given me so much confidence to try new things in the kitchen, and to cook for others. Last night I made the best pastrami I have ever had. It's like a whole new world has opened up for me!

Perfect tenderness every time!
The sous vide was exactly what I was looking for! It helps make my steak the perfect amount of tenderness every single time! Now that I have this awesome appliance, I will never go back to cooking a steak the traditional way. This is a must have for any kitchen. Definitely recommend purchasing this product!
