Grafvitnir - Deaths Wings Widespread - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

Three extraordinary musical personalities from several nations meet and let the string trio literature blossom in multi-layered sound and intelligent dialogue. When the Leipzig String Trio was founded, violinist Adrian Iliescu, violist Atilla Aldemir and cellist Rodin Moldovan were already internationally successful soloists who had won multiple awards. Their chamber music passion brought them together in 2019. After several joint concerts and chamber music festivals, their first CD is now available, whose repertoire selection (Ernst von Dohnányi, String Trio InchSerenadeInch C major, Op.10 - Jean Françaix, String Trio - Johann Sebastian Bach, Chaconne for solo violin, arrangement for string trio by András von Tòszeghi - Jean Sibelius, String Trio in g minor, JS 210 and George Enescu, Aubade C major, demonstrates the artistic maturity and virtuosity of this ensemble. Eight fierce anthems to the Plutonian sphere, ferociously burning yet blood-freezingly cold and older than time. Eight pernicious compositions twisting like snakes between dimensional boundaries, eager to lash out with venomous precision. Eight auricular wormholes to where rapture reigns and time has ceased to be. A tearing odyssey of hatred and melancholy coupled with the wrath and determination of spirits on fire. Beware the death-dealing poison of the astral scorpions of the Netherworld and the insatiable hunger of the howling wolves of the eclipse. A 38 minute long journey through thousand aspects of the dark and beyond. Album Tracks 1. Wolf of the Eclipse 2. Ormeld 3. The Beast Inside 4. Venenum Scorpionis 5. Nocturnal Sun 6. Throne of Blackened 7. I Nattens Mantel Svept 8. Possessor of Fire
