It was Christoph Graupner who was selected as the Thomaskantor in Leipzig after Johannes Kuhnau, and it was only the fact that Graupner's patron in Darmstadt did not let him go that Johann Sebastian Bach got the job! In fact Graupner was the more famous and more InchmodernInch composer during those years, yet history almost forgot him for more than two centuries - even having composed five times as many cantatas as Bach. An important and highly praised step in the re-discovery or Graupner's music was already presented by the soprano Miriam Feuersinger and her ECHO Klassik awarded debut on Christophorus together with the Capricornus Consort Basel. She is now joined by countertenor Franz Vitzthum for a new album of duo cantatas. This is music of great depth, with the two voices blending so well that sometimes they seem just one.

With a fruitful career that includes multiple platinum albums as a group (Rae Sremmurd) and numerous diamond single certifications, SAME DIFFERENCE officially marks the of Swae Lee's long-awaited debut solo album! Comprised of 16 tracks, Swae's versatile artistry taps into each of the sonic lanes he's become renowned within - spanning hip hop, R&B, pop & even Afrobeat. Backed by features from Jhene Aiko, Rich The Kid, French Montana, FKA Twigs, Post Malone & brother/Rae Sremmurd counterpart Slim Jxmmi, the end result is an album that blurs genre lines while reaffirming Swae's place at the center of modern music!
