Green Book [DVD]

A fierce, fire-breathing dragon terrorizes a medieval kingdom in this thrilling, effects-filled fantasy saga. Armed with a magical amulet, an enchanted spear, and a shield fashioned out of the dragon's own scales, a young and inexperienced sorcerer's apprentice (Peter MacNicol) may be the only one who can slay the evil beast and save everyone from certain doom. Caitlin Clarke, John Hallam, and Ralph Richardson also star. 109 min. Widescreen; Soundtracks English Dolby Digital 5.1, Dolby Digital stereo; Subtitles English.

A rock band armed with toy guns and big dreams hijacks a radio station in a publicity stunt gone spectacularly wrong. Brendan Fraser, Steve Buscemi, and Adam Sandler form a dopey, endearing trio whose miscalculation becomes citywide theater. Michael Lehmann directs the chaos with the timing of a good riff-fast, loud, and surprisingly catchy.
