Battery not working or charger

Battery not charging something is wrong put it to charge for the first time and it won’t change it just blinks red

Hello Sergio. Thank you for reaching out to us. Flashing red could be an issue with the charger. If you have left the charger plugged in to the outlet you may need to reset the charger. Simply disconnect, leave for 1 minute and plug it in again, this step may need to be done 1-2 times before reset occurs. If issues persist, we urge you to start a Live chat on Greenworks Tools website or contact us at 1-888-909-6757.
