I purchased the leaf blower and it came with a 24 volt 2.0Ah battery which would run out of power with all the blowing I do. The 5Ah 24 volt has not run out on me yet. I'm really enjoying my cordless tools from Greenworks.

Lithium batteries are getting better and this is no exception. The 24v batter line as let me use this across my power tools as well as outdoor power equipment. Great purchase.

Works well with my existing Greenworks blower, it's long lasting since it's larger capacity.

Hello Bobby,
We're sorry you're experiencing charging issues. To ensure you are charging the battery correctly, please allow us to offer some troubleshooting:
1.To charge the battery align the guide rails on the battery pack with the corresponding slots found on the charger. Push the battery all the way down, you should hear a click when the battery is correctly inserted.
2. The battery should not be able to slide out of the charger without holding down on the battery latch. If the battery can be easily slid out of the charger, the battery and charger are not fully connected.
Here are some additional tips:
False defects can occur. Leave the charger unplugged so that it has a chance to reset itself and read the battery correctly each time it's used to charge.
If the battery is too warm, the charger will not charge the battery. Allow the battery to cool prior to charging. This often occurs when attempting to recharge a battery right after use.
If issues persist, please contact us at 1-888-909-6757. We're happy to help.
