Mower works great. The app is worthless!

The mower itself works great. Installing the boundary wires was pretty easy just time consuming. However the Greenworks app is terrible! I gave up trying to create a schedule after wasting too much time when the app won’t save it. I manually start and stop the mower. Please fix the app!!!

Impressed
Cuts great. I was worried about a couple ruts but it beasts right through and if it cant it has always been able to get back out. Successfully docks every time in the little house i made. So nice to sip coffee and listen to the birds and watch this little guy.

After 1 summer I can say confidently that this an average product. It does its job as it says its the description. however note that there are no patterns you can do its all random bouncing off of your boundaries. If you dont care about patterns in your lawn then this product will server you great.

This helps prevent the grass from being flattened in one direction and creates a more even, “carpet-like” finish over time. So, purchased back in April this year. Our cutter retired. So it was either me or someone else doing it, I chose the latter and could not be more impressed with it. Set the hight on the cutter and let it looses. Buy an extra set of blades and your set for the season. I put 4 stars on ease of use. App is a little difficult until you get to know it. Very limited on info for the app

The setup instructions were pretty horrible, still can't identify which model I have, but the mower works surprisingly well considering it mows with tiny razor blades. It needs to charge to finish mowing but charges quickly. Overall happy with it so far.

Works well unless you have power lines under the ground. I had to run the guide wire around the power lines and have to mow that area by hand. Other than that, i love it.

Mower works great. It’s fun to watch it cut the grass. Setting up the boundaries took quite a lot of time, we have to go back to adjust some of the boundaries. The app is absolutely terrible and frustrating to use. Now, we can’t get the mower to connect to it. This is why I’m leaving a 3 star. We cannot utilize a set schedule now.

Great product that saves a ton of time and stress.
It took a day to setup the boundary line, but it was very simple and everything I needed was included. Over the next couple weeks I dialed in the settings and took care of a few problem areas in the yard that Moe (we named it) ran into, and I haven't had to touch it since. Yard looks better than ever! I would love to buy more green works cordless products, but I already have multiple 60v tools from them and unfortunately Best Buy doesn't seem to carry that line, which is sad because 60v seems to have the largest assortment of tools from Green works.

I've had mine set up for about a month now and it works great. I have a smaller backyard and it cuts the entire thing in about 45-60 minutes. I would 100% recommend this unit to anyone.

If your robotic mower is moving too fast and pushing over grass and weeds instead of cutting, try adjusting the cutting height, this robot mower features a five-position adjustable cut height (between 2.4” and 4”) to match your grass type. Ensuring the blades are sharp, and consider the lawn's conditions (wet grass, tall grass, etc.) to optimize performance. With the GreenGuide app you can control and manage your Optimow from anywhere. The GreenGuide app allows you to schedule your Optimow to mow anytime day or night, giving you complete control over your lawn's maintenance. Using the QR is the quickest and easiest way to pair your Optimow to your phone. The app will open a link onto your camera, simply point it at the QR code and the information will be automatically filled in.
If you chose to Pair Manually you would see a screen with the same serial number and pairing code fields. You then simply type in the information from your Quick Guide and click continue. I don't know how this mower does, honestly. The one sent to me didn't have the "quick start guide" in the box, and without that piece of paper, you literally cannot pair this mower with the app (which is also not friendly). Customer service is horrible from Greenworks. Very likely returning this product.

Never used it because it requires cell service (eventually an annual membership too) and we don't have any where we live. Also it would have been a big project laying the wires around the parameter. Hopefully something the functions like the robot vacuum arrives on the market soon.
