Fantastic investment, makes grilling bread, tortillas and just using it as a warmer for sauces. Absolutely brilliant!

I love the functionality of this product. It heats evenly and cooks great. We haven't had any issues with food sticking. We did season it like you would a new cast iron skillet prior to using it. Downsides: the drip pan doesn't hold a lot of grease. It'll just barely contain the grease from a pound of fried bacon. It's also quite heavy and bulky, so cleaning is cumbersome. But overall it seems to be a great product and is holding up well to daily use.

The griddle fits perfectly on the grates and is a good heavy weight unit of obvious quality. I'm over 60 so the weight is more than I expected but I'm able to manage for now. It comes pre-seasoned but just a light coat. I've seasoned six times by rubbing with coats of flax seed oil wiped on lightly and baked at 450 for an hour then left in oven for two hours. Looks like there's a decent coat on it but still has some sticking. Hot water and nylon scrubby cleans off (with some salt added) but I expected a better surface than what I have so far - will continue to season as I use it. It does work really well though - large surface with a well on side for excess oil. So far am happy with it but hope for better seasoned finish later.

This review is only for the griddle. I'll be leaving a full review regarding the service/install... Griddle is great! Heats well! Maybe to well. Easy to clean and excellent quality. Great for tortillas and to heat up pizza! Gets very hot!!!

This works great and fits snug on my stovetop. It is a bit pricey, I saved up a few years after purchasing our cook top, so I feel like we earned it. We seasoned it twice before using, so that probably helped. It is heavy and sturdy. Our range is 36 inch GE cooktop, Item #: 921352|Model #: JGP5036SLSS

This is a fantastic griddle. It fits easily on our new cooktop for which it is designed for. It is heavy and cooks uniformly. It is easy to clean and makes excellent pancakes! :)

I am very pleased with this item. I will say I have to research the care instructions. There was nothing in the packaging. I mean not a single piece of paper. So curing and cleaning instructions one has to research. I love having it in ly cooktop though.

Took me a while to decide to purchase this but I really glad I did. It’s super heavy and grills well. I’ve used it a few times already. Must be washed and dried thoroughly as soon as possible after use to avoid rusting.

This works great for pancakes and I like burgers on this also. I have the GE oven stove that pairs with it and it fit great and secure.

My wife asked for this when see was browsing the website, I found it in stock at our local warehouse. Fits very well on the existing grill and works like a charm.

Love this griddle. It is heavy duty and goes great job. I noticed some of the bad reviews were complaints about rust. This item is Cast Iron and needs to be seasoned just like any cast iron cookware. If you do not season the griddle, it will rust if you get it wet. Once you get it seasoned, it is outstanding.

Took forever (!!) to come in (months!) but I love it & definitely recommend it . It covers 2 of the 5 burners but I almost never need more than 3 anyway & enjoy having a griddle ready to use anytime!

covenient stovetop option for grilling inside. massive heat capacity and large flat cooking surface makes this griddle an order of magnitude better than nearly all but the very best prof pans. should have purchased a year ago when we installed the new ge profile 36” cook top. all’s well now.

Good product. We love the iron with no coating of other metals or chemical. This one actually absorbs iron into your food. Which is very healthy.

Works great and easy to use. You just lay it over the burners and once it's cooled off you can remove it and wash it in the sink.

Fabulous option for the GE cooktop. I'm thrilled. It is perfect. This makes such a difference to be able to cook pancakes, french toast, eggs, etc So glad I found this.

This grate is heavy and sturdy. Better than I expected. I can’t wait to cook on it and it’s a great addition to my new cooktop. I just wish it came with the cooktop and not have to be purchased separately.
