Gripsweats - GRIPSWEATS THEME / INTERMISSION - 7-INCH SINGLE [7 inch Vinyl Disc]

From a funky basement in Nashville, TN comes the third 45 from The Gripsweats. Nasty, vocal shout style NOLA funk. Heavy, dirty, raw, and in the cut. This one is meant for playing loud in the clubs. A classic part 1 / part 2 approach to this sweaty dancefloor burner. Album Tracks 1. G'on Use It (Pt. 1) 2. G'on Use It (Pt. 2)

Direct from Nashville, TN comes a new group on the soul & funk scene, The Gripsweats! The group started off as a studio project at the G.E.D. Soul Records studio, but eventually migrated to bandleader Andrew Muller's basement studio where things got very rough and raw! InchZiggy's WalkInch is a nasty midtempo burner with dirty drums, heavy bass, and nasty horns! Album Tracks 1. Ziggy's Walk 2. Alpha Dog

The Winston Brothers are taking Colemine back to it's roots. Heavy drums, breakbeats, nasty funk, and all instrumental. The debut 45 from this German based funk powerhouse is just a tease for what's to come from their forthcoming LP. Very much coming from the boom bap side of things and sharing production credits for Bacao Rhythm & Steel Band, that makes sense. This is a 45 tailor made for DJs so grab doubles. Album Tracks 1. Winston Theme 2. Boiling Pot
