It was easy to put together and it even had extra parts. Thank goodness that I didn't need them. The seat is not as soft as it claims to be. I guess it takes a little getting used to. It seems to be sturdy, but it is not made for a very large person. The speakers sound good, and it was easy to setup. I would recommend this chair, but I would probably get me a softer cushion to sit on. It rolls very well, and I like the footstool. Overall, I really like it. If the seat waere very soft I would rate is as a 5 star!

I bought this chair for my office. It was easy to assemble. Extremely comfortable to sit or lay in. Rolls smoothly and durable. Made of high quality material.

Got this for my roommate, he loves it, the back support is great, pillows are soft but firm, and it’s reclining is sturdy, color goes crazy

Good chair, pretty comfortable however the “back” pillow is not very comfortable and i believe is just for esthetics it provides no comfort at all. The speakers on the chair are quite good for chair speakers. Overall good

It's good for a tall teenager or young adult

Not sure why this isn't mentioned in any other review but this chair is tiny. This is my third gaming chair and the smallest I've seen to date. Outside of the missing parts being the focual reason for my return the seat is very narrow. If you have any butt or thighs it will be uncomfortable.

Looks great, love the features of it. Easy assembly but had an issue with one of the arms. The screw goes in but when connecting it with the chair arm wouldn’t thread properly, so the arm won’t stay on. Connecting Best Buy for support.
