Haida - Greystone Multi-Coated Waterproof CPL Filter, 62mm

An essential tool for photographers seeking to enhance image quality, the Haida Greystone Multi-Coated Waterproof CPL Filter is designed to manage light effectively and improve visual outcomes. This circular polarizing filter expertly arranges and filters directionally polarized light perpendicularly to reflected light, significantly reducing glare and reflections from non-metallic surfaces. This process enhances the saturation of skies and foliage, making colors more vibrant and images more striking. The filter's ring is crafted from durable aluminum-alloy and is rotatable, allowing users to adjust the intensity of the polarization effect with precision. For optimal results, use the filter at a 90-degree angle from the sun. The ultra-slim design incorporates 10 layers of anti-reflection coating on the optical glass, minimizing internal ghosting and reflections while providing superior protection and cleanliness compared to uncoated filters.Ideal for digital cameras and autofocus lenses, this circular polarizer ensures that auto exposure and focus features remain unaffected, unlike linear polarizers. With a 2.5x filter factor, it reduces exposure by 1.3 stops, offering greater control over lighting conditions. The Haida Greystone CPL Filter also features 72mm front filter threads, enabling compatibility with additional filters for creative flexibility. The top knurling provides a textured grip, ensuring easy installation and removal from your lens. Constructed from high-quality optical glass, this filter guarantees clarity and color fidelity, making it an indispensable accessory for any photographer's toolkit.
