Metallica - Ride The Lightning - VINYL LP

Limited 180gm vinyl LP pressing. Digitally remastered edition of the second studio album by Metallica, originally released in 1984. The album was recorded in three weeks with producer Flemming Rasmussen at the Sweet Silence Studios in Copenhagen, Denmark. The artwork, based on a concept by the band, depicts an electric chair in the midst of a thunderstorm. The title was taken from a passage in Stephen King's novel The Stand. Although rooted in the thrash metal genre, the album showcased the band's musical maturity and lyrical sophistication. This was partly because bassist Cliff Burton introduced the basics of music theory to the rest of the band and had more input in the songwriting. Instead of relying strictly on fast tempos as on Kill 'Em All, Metallica broadened it's approach by employing acoustic guitars, extended instrumentals, and more complex harmonies. Album Tracks 1. Fight Fire with Fire 2. Ride the Lightning 3. For Whom the Bell Tolls 4. Fade to Black 1. Trapped Under Ice 2. Escape 3. Creeping Death 4. The Call of Ktulu

Mac Miller - Swimming - VINYL LP
    5.0(5)

Double vinyl LP pressing. 2018 , the fifth studio album by rapper Mac Miller. Includes the single InchSelf Care.Inch Mac has accomplished every goal he ever set for himself. At least that's what the magazines say about the Pittsburgh kid, and they're right enough. With his first album, he became a grassroots rap megastar. With his second he bared his weird soul and was praised for it. His 11 mixtapes boast a couple bucket lists' worth of collaborators, from Bun B and Kendrick Lamar to Rick Ross and Juicy J. And in the same year that he toured the U.S. backed by a psychedelic soul band, he rapped all over Europe with Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz. He did indie. He's doing major. He even bought himself a ridiculous house in the Los Angeles hills and made a TV show about it. Hell, he made a jazz record. Album Tracks 1. Come Back to Earth 2. Hurt Feelings [Explicit] 3. What's the Use? [Explicit] 4. Perfecto [Explicit] 5. Self Care [Explicit] 6. Wings [Explicit] 7. Ladders [Explicit] 8. Small Worlds [Explicit] 9. Conversation Pt. [Explicit] 10. Dunno [Explicit] 11. Jet Fuel [Explicit] 12. [Explicit] 13. So It Goes [Explicit]
