its so good , i like it very much and its very good for beginners

I’m a newb so this controller is perfect for me!!!

The moment that we noticed that something was wrong with this mixer, we reached out to Hercules. Hercules acknowledged that this mixer was defective. We were instructed to return it to BestBuy. In summary of the following events, Hercules tossed us to BestBuy, BestBuy tossed us to their Vendor (17th Street), Vendor instructed us to go through the BestBuy website, return option was not available through the website, called BestBuy, BestBuy instructed us to go to the physical store, store could not help us because it is beyond 15 days, I called BestBuy again and they were tossing me back to their physical store. I am not asking for a refund. I am merely asking for a REPLACEMENT. Hercules acknowledged that this product is defective, yet there was no mechanism to return it.

Solid beginner control works with any software would recommend it to any new person looki by to get into music.

Great if you are just starting out or doing an event one time a year (which is why I purchased it). Have had it for 2 years now with no problems!

Purchased for my kids for Christmas. They enjoy it but don’t use much.
