Q: Will Best buy put it together?
A: undefined
Q: Does this come with the rear rack as shown?
A: Ours did.
Q: How wide are the tires? Are they smaller than a fat tire?
A: Yes. I had a friend who recommended not buying one with fat tires (for our purposes mostly riding around town). Fat tires make the bike even heavier than they already are. The ones on the Cityrun are smaller than fat tires, but a little wider (and more stable) than a regular frame bike. These frames are heavy and SOLID and well-built.
Q: Are the handles and seat clad in real leather?
A: Very comfortable leather handle grips.

Assembly was not too difficult. If you start pedaling while you go through a curve, the motor kick in a little unexpectedly. Other than that, it id really fun to ride.

Bought 2 Cityruns, one for me and one for my wife 18 months ago after seeing it ranked at the top of a leading consumer magazine. As its name implies, it's a great bike for us to ride to our downtown area restaurants, library, coffee shops, etc. Also ride them along a river trail and travel with them. Solid built. Smooth ride, good brakes, electric assist is helpful especially in given situations. Shock absorbers guarantee a smooth ride. Lights, horn, turn signals, cell phone holder, all the features are fantastic. Couldn't recommend the City Run any more highly.

Great Bike. This bike is a tank. In 3 weeks I put on about a 150 miles. I can go over 100 miles on one charge.I use a lot of my own pedaling when I can and it seems to work well for me. The bike is well made and very comfortable to ride. So far I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
